    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES- Provides primary medical care, including preventative services, as well as diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illness within licensed scope of practice and granted privileges for both pediatric and adult patients. Includes physical examinations, ordering and interpretation of diagnostic tests and imaging, performing indicated medical procedures, prescribing medications, referral to specialty physicians and/or health resources as indicated Ensures the delivery of all medical care is consistent with regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards, including clinical policies and quality initiatives Participates in the review and development of clinical policies, protocols and standing orders Actively engages in compliance and quality improvement activities, including but not limited to, peer review, patient-centered medical home, UDS reporting, PDSA cycles, SOAP notes, other value-based care projects Attends all scheduled provider and all-staff meetings and trainings, unless excused by CMO Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and appropriate confidentiality with patient electronic documentation per contract Conducts all scheduled clinic shifts in person at assigned clinic location (Northview Heights and/or Middle Street offices) and completes virtual visits as needed.
