Responsibilities: The Speech Language Pathologist will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. The in-home setting could be a patient's private residence or in a patient's room in an assisted living facility, or in an independent living facility. Powerback Rehabilitation To You allows the Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat in the most functional environment which is the patient's home. The Speech Language Pathologist organizes and provides speech-language services for the agency to facilitate rehabilitation. They direct patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Also, the Speech Language Pathologist facilitates the learning of those skills and functions essential for communication and swallowing, to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits. They direct activities to promote and maintain health, within the scope of practice and consistent with the Code of Ethics of the profession. This position provides a flexible schedule and work environment in various settings. 1. As necessary or applicable, supervision of CFYs temporary licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
2. Responsible for adherence to department and patient treatment schedule, timely clinical and billing documentation requirements as well as work related meetings.
3. Attends and contributes to patient care, staffing conferences and other related meetings.
4. Makes referrals to other disciplines, agencies in order to address the comprehensive needs of the patient.
5. Consults with other members of the rehabilitation team and the physician to select the most appropriate therapeutic regimen consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient.
6. Adapts program and/or plan of care according to the needs of the individual patient.
7. Promotes a safe environment and enforces the elimination of fire and safety hazards.
8. Orders supplies and equipment as necessary.
9. Cleans, maintains, identifies, and reports the need for repair of equipment, as necessary.
10. Puts Patient Service first, ensuring that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual's needs and rights.
11. Screens, examines and evaluates patients, including history, systems review, and application of appropriate tests and measures, synthesis information and interprets examination findings in order to establish a diagnosis, identify impairments, determine the predicted level of improvement and the time required to achieve it, identify precautions/contraindications and design and plan of care. Develops appropriate treatment goals and methods in collaboration with the patient and caregivers, implements the speech language pathology treatment plan, and completes all related documentation and record keeping regarding these services. Services include but are not limited to application of therapeutic techniques in areas such as:

12. Coordinates the acquisition of adaptive communication devices and instructs patients in their use.

14. Selects appropriate activities suited to the individual's physical and mental capacity, intelligence level and interest.
15. Instructs patients in the skills and techniques required for participation in therapeutic activities, and evaluates patient progress, attitudes and behavior as related to rehabilitative potential.
16. Performs routine reexamination as needed/required to modify/progress plan of treatment.
17. Coordinates care in the home and community with other members of the interdisciplinary team in collaboration with the referring physician.

Assist with the installation and commissioning of new production equipment and control systems.
Collaborate with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic technicians to resolve complex operational issues.
Participate in root cause analysis of failures to implement corrective actions and improve machine reliability.
Provide support for mechanical maintenance tasks as needed to ensure production uptime including predictive and preventative maintenance.
What You Need to Succeed:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician, preferably in a manufacturing environment (corrugated, paper, or heavy industry experience is a significant plus).
Proven experience working with 480V three-phase systems and various control voltages.
Proficiency with electrical test equipment (e.g., multimeters, ammeters, megohmmeters).
Expert knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and programming PLCs and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
Massachusetts Electrical license or the equivalent certification
Willingness to work on both mechanical and electrical projects.
Excellent safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle emergency repairs under pressure.
Excellent communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree or technical certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

What You'll Do:
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. You will provide high-quality care to our residents with respiratory conditions.
Key Responsibilities of a Respiratory Therapist:
Conduct thorough respiratory assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide appropriate treatments to residents with respiratory ailments
Manage and monitor ventilator-dependent residents, ensuring proper functioning and addressing any complications promptly

Motion Graphic Designer

The role supports video and animation production. Working with editing footage (including adding closed captions to meet ADA standards, integrating b-roll, talking heads, branded title/end cards and music). Animation workflows through storyboarding and creating motion graphics, primarily in 2D with bonus experience in 3D. Conducting image research and performing retouching/manipulation of imagery.
Responsibilities:

Image searching, retouching, and manipulation.
Animation production assistant responsibilities, including, storyboarding initial ideas and animating motion graphics. Mainly focused in 2D animation, bonus 3D.
Strong foundation in design principles like color theory, typography, and layout. History of telling compelling stories through unique creative assets and visual interactions.
Design according to Travelers specific brand guidelines.
Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, marketing managers and throughout all phases of project development.
Organize and maintain files, including following best practices for version control, naming conventions, accessibility compliance and organization of graphic files.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also able to follow creative direction.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines, with multiple rounds of revision. While managing and tracking time accurately.
