Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations

Summary:
The Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a telemetry unit, focusing on continuous cardiac monitoring and assessment. This role encompasses evaluating patient health, implementing specialized care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with cardiac conditions. The position requires strong clinical skills in telemetry nursing, critical thinking abilities, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics.
Essential Work Functions:
Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond appropriately
Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, with a focus on cardiac care
Prepares equipment and aids physician during cardiac-related procedures and examinations
Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients
Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's cardiac status and response to interventions
Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols specific to cardiac emergencies
Documents nursing history and physical assessment for assigned telemetry patients
Initiates patient education plans according to individualized needs, focusing on cardiac health, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications
Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for telemetry patients
Maintains confidentiality of patients and client
Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
Adheres to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
Required Essential Skills:

About the Opportunity
A manufacturing facility in Meadville, PA is seeking a Staff Environmental Specialist to support onsite environmental compliance activities. This role will temporarily cover an employee on leave for approximately 6-9 months and requires a mid-January start.

Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency. This training consists of basic law enforcement skills, immigration laws, firearms training, examination of cargo/bags/merchandise, physical fitness, etc. Candidates assigned to the southern border, Miami, or Puerto Rico duty locations must attend and pass an online Spanish training program, which will be completed at their home port. Successful completion of the Academy is required for this position.

About the Role:
The Animal Caretaker plays a vital role in ensuring the health, well-being, and proper maintenance of animals within a wholesale trade environment. This position involves daily hands-on care, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring animal behavior to identify any signs of distress or illness. The caretaker is responsible for maintaining clean and safe living conditions, including managing water quality and habitat upkeep. By following established protocols and directions, the caretaker supports the overall operational efficiency and animal welfare standards of the organization. Ultimately, this role contributes to the successful management and ethical treatment of animals, supporting both business objectives and animal health.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in animal handling and husbandry.
Ability to follow detailed directions accurately and complete tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of animal behavior and health indicators.
Physical ability to perform hands-on care including trimming and habitat maintenance.
Understanding of water quality management relevant to animal habitats.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or training in animal care or veterinary assistance.
Experience working in a wholesale trade or similar commercial environment involving animals.
Familiarity with specialized grooming techniques and advanced animal behavior assessment.
Knowledge of regulatory standards related to animal welfare in commercial settings.

Responsibilities:

Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Plan, layout, weld, install, test and repair all types of pipe and similar tubular products in accordance with plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Work with other crafts as instructed by supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Because the shipyard is continually growing to meet the needs of its customers, the essential duties and responsibilities may be different than described.
-Comply with Company, federal, state, and local safety, ethics, and environmental rules, regulations, and policies while performing duties.
-Regular attendance at work and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
-Review layouts, blueprints, diagrams, or work orders in preparation for welding or cutting metal components.
-Complete welds to the specified standards using appropriate equipment and materials.
-Install and verify operation of high-pressure steel pipes and fittings.
-Repair and replace any damaged pipe; fabricate and install metal fittings; install supports, valves, and other control equipment; bolt, clamp, or weld parts to secure in position for welding.
-Use appropriate hand and power tools to properly measure, cut, assemble, weld, and install all types of pipe and/or similar tubular products.
-Test installed piping systems and install other related items in accordance with the applicable plans and specifications.
-Set up equipment and welding parts, using arc, gas-shielded arc, submerged arc, or gas welding equipment.
-Troubleshoot equipment.
-Produce high-quality welds, including water-tight penetrations with a variety of materials including weld steel, stainless, and aluminum.
-Work with minimal supervision.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
-Successfully pass in a 6G (6" pipe coupon) Stainless Steel, CUNI, & Aluminum - TIG
-Successfully pass in a 6G (6" weld coupon) Carbon Steel - root and cap
REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalence plus three to five years' pipe welding experience desired. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Requires working knowledge of equipment, work processes, and techniques used in measuring fitting and welding steel. Requires x-ray pipe welding experience with the ability to weld pipe in all positions and mirror welding. Requires knowledge of welding symbols, ship terminology, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and American Bureau of Shipbuilding (ABS) standards. Must pass SMAW 6G Pipe Test to become ABS Certified.
Skills: Ability to read and comprehend written, verbal, or diagram forms or plans. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and verbal instructions. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors and employees. Knowledge of safe operation and use of hand and power tools. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure. Ability to read a tape measure.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the workday. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must be physically and medically qualified to wear all required personal protective equipment, as prescribed under Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. The employee must be able to work above ground at heights of a minimum of 50 feet aloft and/or working from scaffolding and/or man-lifts while working with machinery; in confined spaces and withstand extreme heat and cold in an outside climate or confined space.
