Formulates and updates patient specific plan of care for physical therapy
Reports patient progress and barriers to discharge in each patient team conference
Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors.
Formulates a teaching plan based on identified learning needs and evaluates effectiveness of learning; family is included in teaching, as appropriate. Performs appropriate documentation.
Demonstrates knowledge, competency and proficiency of physical therapy modalities.

Public Safety Dispatchers are responsible for public safety dispatch and related records management activities. This is a per-diem position. Shifts are offered based on staffing needs, and per-diem employees may choose the open shifts that are available. Available shifts may include day, swing, or graveyard hours, including weekends, and holidays. Public Safety Dispatchers perform a wide range of duties involving radio, telephone, and computers, applying various procedures and codes. Dispatchers receive and transmit emergency and non-emergency telephone and radio traffic as well as process communication reports, records, and radio logs, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Dispatchers may also support the Police Department by performing clerical tasks, training, assisting with fingerprinting, and being accountable for financial transactions. This position is integral in supporting the goals and objectives of the City and Police Department.
Examples of Duties
Receives and transmits emergency telephone and radio traffic.
Maintains and processes a variety of communications reports, records and radio logs.
Operates a dispatch console, uses Computer Aided Dispatch (C.A.D.) System and other computer programs to process information and records.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
Performs collateral duties including a variety of related clerical tasks: process warrants; assist in fingerprinting and jail operations, which may include searching prisoners; and is accountable for handling cash, bond, and check transactions.
Maintains various C.A.D and Record Management Files.
Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be able to pass an extensive background investigation.
Education
Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Additional related college course work or degree preferred.
Experience
Completion of a probationary period in a public safety agency.
Certificates and Licenses
Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver's License, Class C with a good driving record.
Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Basic Dispatch Certificate is required.
Special Requirements
Possess excellent vision and hearing skills, with ability to sit, talk, type, hear, and walk for extended periods of time as well as lift or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
Supplemental Information
Part-time temporary employees serve in an at-will capacity and understand that service with the City may be terminated at any time. This position does not provide any benefits, with the exception of paid sick leave. In accordance with the Healthy Workplaces, Healthy Families Act of 2014, all temporary, part-time, and seasonal employees, who on or after July 1, 2015, work in California for 30 or more days within a year from the commencement of employment are entitled to paid sick leave for prescribed purposes. Employees will accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and are entitled to use accrued sick days beginning on the 90th day of employment. Employees may use up to 24 hours (or 3 days) of accrued sick leave in each year of employment.

What do our Pest Control Consultants do?
The primary purpose of this role is to sell the company's industry leading pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers, while maintaining a customer-focused service to grow the business.
