About the Role
As a Belmont Village Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The Caregiver role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, patient, caring and enjoys a high level of personal engagement with older adults.
Your Typical Daily Responsibilities

Assists with special events, recreation programs and holiday set up and clean up/take down.

Graduation from high school (or HSED equivalent) plus at least 2 years of technical, professional or specialized training in turf management, grounds maintenance, horticulture or green house operations, disease and pest control, pruning, planting and propagation and at least 1 1/2 years of professional grounds maintenance experience. BS degree in a relate field counts for 2 years' experience. Associates degree will count for 1 year of experience. Experience should include the operation of heavy equipment; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the following knowledge, ability and skills:
Knowledge of
Basic landscape design, interpretation of plans, specifications and techniques using annual and perennial plants.
Materials, methods, practices, techniques and equipment used in grounds maintenance for public parks and athletic fields.

Responsibilities:
Safety and Security of the passengers, crew and vessel.
Safe vessel operations, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
Prudent vessel maneuvering, docking, undocking, and anchoring.
Comprehensive daily inspection of all vessel interior and exterior spaces.
Supervision and Development of Mates, Engineers, and Deckhands.
Oversight of Hotel Officers and Service Crew ensuring five-star guest service.
Captain hospitality greetings at the gangway, guest safety announcements, and special dinner events.
Administrative log keeping, reports, and communications.
Leadership of safe, secure, clean, and comfortable onboard environment for passengers and crew.
Typical March-November Season: 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off or 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off.
Qualifications:
U.S. Coast Guard Master's license: minimum 100T, desired 1600T or greater.
Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
Captain experience on coastal and river waterways: min 2yrs, desired 5yrs with Z-drive experience.
Excellent communication skills and team-building skills.

The CNC Lathe Operator is responsible for the manufacture of parts per plant specifications in an accurate and timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
1. Set up; edit and operate CNC lathes.
2. Inspect completed parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
3. Cleans work area.
4. Remove tooling, fixturing, and return inspection equipment to proper area.
5. Minor machine maintenance (i.e. greasing, oiling, etc.)

Basic Qualifications
• Must be proficient using hand measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gages, optical comparator, etc.).

• Ability to operate, adjust offsets; setup experience preferred, but not necessary
• Ability to edit programs, fanuc controls, G code and M code programming
• Requires mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Must perform metric conversions.
• Requires good oral and written communication skills in order to interact with employees.
• Ability to true in jaws
• Possess a good mechanical aptitude and/or prior machinist experience a plus

• Able to add extra passes to OD/bore/face if necessary
• Experience on Mori Seiki, Daewoo, Danichi, Doosan Puma machines a plus
