Douglas P. Krause is the Vice Chairman & Chief Corporate Officer of East West Bancorp and East West Bank. Prior to East West, Mr. Krause served as General Counsel of Metrobank. Mr. Krause started his legal career at the law firm of Jones Day.

Mr. Krause serves on the boards of the Western Bankers Association and the International Bankers Association of California. He is a past commissioner and audit committee chair of the Port of Los Angeles and of the Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority.

Mr. Krause received a bachelor's degree from Carleton College and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he graduated with honors and was managing editor of the Columbia Law Review.

Irene H. Oh has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of East West Bancorp and East West Bank since January 2010. Ms. Oh joined East West in 2004 and has held various leadership roles at the bank in accounting and corporate finance. Prior to joining East West, Ms. Oh held positions at Goldman Sachs and at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Ms. Oh is a board member of PS Business Parks, Inc., and also serves on the board and the audit committee of the United Way of Greater Los Angeles.

Ms. Oh received a bachelor's degree from California State University, Los Angeles and master's degree in accounting from the University of Southern California. She is a certified public accountant (CPA).
