Overview

East West Bank is seeking a Customer Service Center Specialist - Chat Associate. Responsible for the compilation and analysis of reports that will be used in preparation of both internal and external reporting including regulatory and SEC filings. Responsible to grow CRE client base and grow CRE portfolio in loans, deposits and fees. Focus will be to work with the CRE team in developing new relationship in CRE market in the Northern California area as well as serve existing relationships. Manage and mentor the CRE team.
