Responsibilities

Define and track key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk appetite metrics for enterprise data risk and EUC risk (and the overall EUC program).
Conduct challenge of first line's risk and control assessments over data management and EUC risk, and ensure proper tracking and closure of issues.
Establish policies, standards, and procedures aligned with the Bank's risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications
15+ years of direct, related experience in Risk Management, Data Governance, Data Risk, Information Security, or Technology.
Proven experience standing up or having significant involvement with a second line risk oversight program for data governance or EUC.
Strong understanding of enterprise data management, metadata management, data quality, and regulatory data risk requirements.
Ability to build and scale a comprehensive EUC risk management program from scratch, including defining policies and implementing controls.
Familiarity with data architecture, data integration, business intelligence, and data analytics concepts.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage senior leaders, data stewards, IT teams, auditors, and regulators.
