She will champion the Arise movement within the DFW metroplex to mobilize and lead short-term mission teams, cast vision for ministry, share the gospel, and multiply leaders with the ultimate aim of calling, connecting, and commissioning women to be a powerful force for the Kingdom of God. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Implement Arise Growth Model : Cast catalytic vision for the Dallas team, in alignment with the greater Arise team; host luncheons, conferences, and small groups; and develop innovative strategies to engage new Arise constituents. Build a High-Powered Team : Identify small group leaders, coaches, short-term mission team leaders, and constituents in Dallas, and equip and train teammates to share the gospel. Train and Lead Short-Term Mission Teams : Mobilize and recruit short-term mission teams and serve as the mission leader and/or mission coordinator for two Arise teams annually. We are looking for interns with a passion for the Great Commission and interest in nonprofit to be a part of our internship program for summer 2026! The Digital Strategies Intern will learn how to incorporate marketing and technical skills to support East-West's vision for multiplying followers of Jesus in the spiritually darkest areas around the world. By interning with the Digital Strategies department, you will have the opportunity to Provide support to our overseas staff by brainstorming and problem solving through different digital projects. Take the lead on helping run several digital data tracking platforms ( NPL Prog, GAPP, ishare, etc.) Assisting with documentation, data tracking and reporting for various digital projects. Learn the back-end of several technology platforms being built and designed for various ministries to improve data entry. Participate in team meetings. Participate in weekly intern group time. This is a time where interns from all departments will gather and be discipled, grow in knowledge about unreached people groups, and discover your unique role in the Great Commission. Participate in East-West staff events and socials, lunch and learns, etc. Through participation in meetings and training sessions, the intern will be exposed to all aspects of East-West to understand best practices in missions as well as standards of excellence in all of the organization. The Clinical Member Care Specialist will organize and provide Member Care for East-West personnel and their families. Additionally, the specialist will provide training, resources, and Member Care referrals as needed so that personnel have the resources they need to thrive in their relationships and ministries. As appropriate, they will participate in local ministry, in coordination with local leadership. The specialist must maintain appropriate US licensure, and HIPAA certification, including CEUs and supervision as required by your licensing board. This position is responsible for ensuring all position duties are clearly aligned with East-Wests Vision, Mission, Values, and Biblical Principles. As an ambassador of faith in Christ and rooted in Biblical principles, this position will actively minister to EW leadership, staff, partners and the community in a manner that exhibits Christ-character through personal and corporate spiritual disciplines. The NEXT Mobilizer will work with the Director of NEXT Teams Mobilizer to provide leadership, direction, and strategy to mobilize North American high school student ministries, college students, and young adults on NEXT Teams STMTs. This position will work closely with the Director of NEXT Teams Mobilization to advance ministry partnerships. This position is responsible for playing their part in achieving the bigger mission of East-West and ensuring that all position duties and responsibilities are clearly aligned with East-West Vision, Mission, Values, Statement of Faith, and Biblical principles - as well as the Mobilization Strategies supporting the mission. They will also personally mobilize and lead effective NEXT Teams STMTs and provide post-trip missional training (APIOM), discipleship, and coaching for students to continue on mission at home while also inviting them to be APIOM (Active Participant in our Mission) through East-West. This position is responsible for playing their part to achieve the bigger mission of East-West and for ensuring that all position duties and responsibilities are clearly aligned with East-West Vision, Mission, Values, Statement of Faith, and Biblical principles. This is a fully support-raised position. The Next Teams Department of East-West is looking for individuals who have a passion for the nations, a servant s heart, and a love for students (high school and college age). We teach leadership training to our participants and are looking for strong leaders to join our team and join us in this work. In the Next Teams Department, we are passionate about seeing the next generation experience God s power around the world. We want to equip them to share their faith, provide them with a chance to serve church planters and train them to be missional leaders. The intern program is a great way to experience first-hand what it s like to work for a missions organization. Field Interns will have a chance to serve in the field on two of our NEXT Teams (mission trips for high school and college students), get to know and learn from our mission staff, teach a portion of our Catalyst leadership material and work alongside other interns that have a heart for missions. Requirements: The internship is for students age 16 through senior in college (must be at least 16 years of age and able to drive in DFW metroplex. Our office is in Plano). If you are a college student and doing this internship for program credit, we are willing to adapt project needs to meet program requirements. The applicant must have a heart for missions and an ability to multitask well. They must be a self-starter who will take initiative to get projects done. Although this internship is unpaid we expect that you treat this as a job in which you show up to work on time and submit absences in advance. Prior mission trip experience of any kind is a plus. The applicant must be in good standing with his or her local church, agree with East-West s Statement of Belief and be able to provide references.
