Essential Functions:
* Reviews and implements activities related to Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and works towards plan outcomes and objectives. Performs all required documentation and ensures organizational, funder and accreditation requirements are met. Reviews all organizational communications each shift.
* Provides education, assistance, mentoring and support to individuals. Supports provided may include bathing, personal hygiene activities, dressing, cooking according to dietary guidelines, maintaining a safe home environment, cleaning, laundry, transportation, etc.
* Provides assistance, education and modeling behaviors when supporting individuals during community outings and social opportunities.
* Administers medications and provides medical care and support according to physician orders and RN delegations. Communicates changes in functioning, health status or behaviors to support team. Accompanies individuals to medical appointments, communicates physician orders to the team and completes necessary documentation.
* Provides positive behavioral interventions as outlined in ISP or behavior development plan.
* Attends all required staff meetings and opportunities for ongoing education and training.
Qualifications:
* Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

* Must have basic computer skills and be able to work with a variety of computer systems.

The CSS is a new position funded by a state contract through the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Office of Childhood. Funding is provided through June 30, 2026, and may be renewed each year thereafter through June 30, 2030.
Responsibilities: The CSS will be a part of Missouri's statewide Child Care Resource and Referral (CCRR) system playing a vital role in connecting families, child care providers, and community members with the information and support they need. The CSS is responsible for answering incoming calls related to:
Child care subsidy navigation, guiding families through the application process, and referring them to appropriate services with accuracy and professionalism.
Child care referrals assisting families in finding child care programs and in knowing what to look for in quality program.
Information about specific community resources and state benefits.
As a representative of CCAMO and the Missouri Childhood Resource and Referral (MCRR) Center, the CSS provides phone-based support to a variety of consumers. Occasionally the CSS may also offer in-person assistance to help Missourians access high-quality child care and community-based resources.

Assist families in locating and accessing the online child care subsidy application and provide guidance on completing the application accurately.
Review caller records, case files, and past call center phone interactions to determine the most appropriate next steps for resolving issues, based on the information available.
Guide families in identifying child care options within their requested zip code(s), including availability and, upon request, quality indicators of programs.
Update Provider Information Forms (PIFs) for child care providers and manage data within a statewide child care referral database.
Provide information on available resources and assist families, child care providers, and community members in locating local services through the Missouri Family Resources (MFR) website.
Understand the range of state benefit programs available in Missouri and accurately identify when and where callers should be transferred for specialized support or services.

The Community Living Specialist provides daily assistance and supports for individuals with disabilities living in their home. This position provides support, education and advocacy as outlined in the individual's support plan and ensures supports provided meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.

Essential Functions:
* Reviews and implements activities related to Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and works towards plan outcomes and objectives. Performs all required documentation and ensures organizational, funder and accreditation requirements are met. Reviews all organizational communications each shift.
* Provides education, assistance, mentoring and support to individuals. Supports provided may include bathing, personal hygiene activities, dressing, cooking according to dietary guidelines, maintaining a safe home environment, cleaning, laundry, transportation, etc.
* Provides assistance, education and modeling behaviors when supporting individuals during community outings and social opportunities.
* Administers medications and provides medical care and support according to physician orders and RN delegations. Communicates changes in functioning, health status or behaviors to support team. Accompanies individuals to medical appointments, communicates physician orders to the team and completes necessary documentation.
* Provides positive behavioral interventions as outlined in ISP or behavior development plan.
* Attends all required staff meetings and opportunities for ongoing education and training.
Qualifications:
* Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience providing direct supports to individuals with disabilities preferred.
* Must have basic computer skills and be able to work with a variety of computer systems.
* Driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation are required.
