**The Role**

The Post Release Services (PRS), Case Manager is primarily responsible for Post Release Services (PRS) for Unaccompanied Children (UC) and families. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate Post Release Services (PRS) and comprehensive case management services;
* Maintain a caseload in compliance with contract terms and agency expectations as defined by program supervisor;
* Effectively maintain case capacity and trending of all caseloads;
* Conduct home visits in accordance with contract requirements, when needed;
* Conduct the reunification process by performing home study assessments as needed;
* Perform resource referrals, community connections, and case management services while utilizing trauma informed care throughout service provision;

* Assess potential placements for unaccompanied children (UC), to include but not limited to interviews, outreach to family in home-country, and home study investigations;

* Provide psycho-educational information, referrals, outreach, advocacy, and support to children and families;
* Provide family stabilization counseling and assist qualified unaccompanied children in accessing services provided through TVAP services;
* Develop and maintain positive networking relationships with community partners and resources for families;
* Refer and connect families to available resources on an on-going basis;
* Assess the safety and appropriateness of the placement on an ongoing basis using child welfare principles and social work best practices;
* Serve clients within the entire state of the respective location, as assigned;
* Participate in mandatory training requirements and ongoing trainings monthly and annually to meet all federal, state, and agency expectations;

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that goals and objectives as designated by MADD management and/or the grantor are achieved by developing and designing events targeted to accomplish specific objectives and providing marketing and outreach of the program to community agencies. Ensure that grant proposals include MADD's program directives.
Manage the implementation and logistics of adult drunk driving prevention and underage drinking prevention programs through the design and facilitation of training programs at the State and Local level.
Organize and host orientation meetings, evaluation meetings, facilitator training and facilitation of parent workshops and student presentations.
Source and recruit volunteers, as needed, for applicable programs. Provide training, guidance, support and motivation to volunteers and staff by conducting training meetings, telephone coaching and on-site assistance.
Participate in and support fundraising activities, including community engagement and donor outreach, to help supplement program support beyond grant funding as required.
Maintain tracking and data collection of programs and/or grant results, financial reports, and the progress for evaluation and improvement. Identify areas that are not fully utilizing the resources available and ensure assistance is provided in a timely manner.
Participate in the implementation of National program evaluation measures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience.
One to two years' experience in work with the implementation of community awareness, education, partnership and youth programs specifically related to community health. Previous experience working with programs or grant administration helpful.
Travel and flexible hours are required.
Requires experience or demonstrated ability in outreach, community engagement, and grassroots or donor-focused fundraising strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills, be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a high-volume environment.

Position Summary:

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Fundraising
Oversee all aspects of the Take Steps fundraising campaign and provide input into the development of a plan to strategically execute peer-to-peer fundraising best practices.
Identify and cultivate corporate, healthcare and community partners who will maximize growth and revenue impact on Take Steps fundraising campaign.
Partner with special event committee to cultivate auction, identify additional event revenue streams and other event related responsibilities as necessary.
Develop impactful relationships within the patient, healthcare, and corporate community, empowering them to tell their stories through direct peer-to-peer fundraising.
Go the extra mile to understand the full scope of these diseases and in turn, use that knowledge to connect with patients in a meaningful way. Communicate shared vision by utilizing national campaign and marketing materials, adjusting as appropriate.
Create annual operational plan including marketing, budgeting, and project management to ensure success of the Take Steps campaign.
Direct the implementation and execution of Take Steps fundraising campaign by focusing on acquisition, retention and stewardship of teams, participants, top fundraisers, sponsors and volunteers.
Ensure revenue goal is achieved by developing, implementing, and assessing year-round strategic fundraising plans for all Take Steps walks. Plan includes campaign revenue drivers: proactive team engagement, acquisition, day of experience, sponsorship and data-revenue tracking and assessment. Make timely adjustments to fundraising strategies as needed.
Prioritize relationship development. Deliver excellent customer service to all donors, participants, corporate partners, and teams by understanding their interests, responding promptly to requests and providing consistent year-round communication.
Manage and execute logistics to provide an inspirational day-of event experience for corporate partners, patients, and supporters.
Collaborate with ED and national staff to work collectively towards strategic team goals.

ETS's S&R Ops organization is seeking talented, innovative, and energetic undergraduate student interns to help us deliver the AP Reading. By joining ETS, you will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and dynamic environment where your contributions are recognized from day one.
Starting in late May and extending into June, AP Readers (high school teachers and college professors) will score written student responses for Advanced Placement (AP) tests, either at one of our Reading sites or from their homes, using the ETS Online Network for Evaluation (ONE).
The AP Reading internship will begin on Monday, May 11, 2026, in Princeton, New Jersey, for initial onboarding, verification of system access, HR orientation, and travel booking. That week, interns might not work every day, might have shortened schedules, and will not work during the weekend.
Full training continues the following Monday, May 18, through Friday, May 22. Again, during training, schedules may be shortened, depending on workload. After training, AP Interns will travel to their assigned Reading sites, starting as early as May 26. More information about work locations will be provided at a later date.
During the Reading, Interns will assist S&R Ops staff with operational tasks and will work seven days per week, including holidays and weekends. Workdays will be long (will extend beyond eight hours) and require significant walking, with some standing and lifting. After the Reading, Interns will return home to work remotely to help complete post-Reading tasks and participate in the AP Reading After Action Review. The internship officially ends Friday, July 10, 2026, though there may be opportunities for select interns to extend through mid- to late July.

+ Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to gather requirements, manage intake, and deliver automation solutions aligned with business priorities.
+ Documentation & Training: Develop user guides, conduct demos, and provide training to drive adoption and empower teams to leverage automation tools effectively.

**What We Look For in a Candidate**
**Required:**
+ Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Salesforce Flow.
+ Proven ability to deliver production-grade automations with robust error handling, logging, and monitoring.
+ Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and webhooks.
+ Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices, including environment strategy and version control.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
+ Strong communication and documentation skills for stakeholder engagement and training.
**Preferred:**
+ Certifications in Power Platform or Adobe Workfront Fusion.
+ Experience integrating with Salesforce, SharePoint, Teams, or other marketing technology platforms.
+ Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or JavaScript) for advanced automation scenarios.
+ Background in Marketing or Sales Operations processes.

**Compensation**
