Job Description We are seeking a professional and responsible School Bus Driver for Preschool Special Education in Philadelphia, United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting preschool-aged children with special needs to and from school, ensuring their well-being and comfort during the journey. The Behavior Specialist's primary role involves providing Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans. This position also involves working closely with IEP teams and completion of related IEP paperwork. The Behavior Specialist will provide leadership to our school programs in the area of behavior management, through advising therapeutic/teaching staff in implementation of behavior plans and offering relevant training throughout the agency. The Behavior Specialist must have a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field as well as have experience developing behavioral support plans for young children with behavioral concerns. BCBA credential is preferred.
