The work itself seemes rewarding at the time. And it seemed at the time to be a viable opportunity.
Management was lazy and inconsistent. Also very judgmental and hostile work environment.
My favorite benefits happened to be the idea of my tribe as my employer. This unfortunately turned out to be a bad idea.

Below average. The starting pay is less than 13 dollars an hour. I find this to be a distasteful amount to offer a full time employee.
