This position is responsible for carrying out the day to day operations of the ZECO distribution warehouse. Under the direction of the Complex Manager, the shipping and receiving coordinator prepares documentation, maintains records, and coordinates logistics for product shipment. Generate shipping output documents as required. Generate customer invoicing upon shipping. Audit waiting-to-ship reports daily to ensure all invoicing is completed. Coordinate the shipping of freight by contacting appropriate freight carriers. Communicate shipping volumes and priorities closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and 3rd party warehouses to optimize available resources. Shop rates for prepaid shipments to ensure that we are getting the best possible freight rates. Review and audit freight bills for billing accuracy. Respond to billing questions from external freight payment services. Formally document new or changed procedures. Identify who requires training and execute training if needed. Maintain knowledge of current international import/export regulatory requirements. Update applicable standard operating procedures as necessary. Participation in transportation-related project teams. Effectively lead cross-functional root cause and corrective action to resolve customer-related shipping issues.

The individual in this position is responsible for the organization of accurate and timely material flow into and out of the manufacturing and/or warehouse departments. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: Order Processing Maintain consistent level of internal support and assure accurate, safe and efficient fulfillment of all sales order requests. Perform daily accuracy review, consolidation, grouping by carrier of all pending staged sales orders for shipment. Job Title: Cycle Count MMS ll Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30pm Role Purpose The MMS2 - Cycle Count Specialist is a vital member of the Quality team, responsible for ensuring the highest levels of inventory accuracy within the warehouse. This role involves the physical verification of stock levels through regular, systematic counting of bin locations using Power Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment and Radio Frequency (RF) scanning technology. They ensure that the physical inventory matches the Warehouse Management System (WMS) records, identifying and reporting discrepancies to maintain seamless operations.
