Ms. Diamond, a Senior Vice President of ERG's Digital and Information Solutions Group holds a B.S. in Resource Economics from the University of Vermont. In this role she manages multi-million dollar contracts for federal and state agencies, establishes and leads multidisciplinary teams that help organizations build transformative digital solutions, and leads ERG’s IT Strategy efforts aligning the company’s infrastructure with its’ business needs.

She recognizes that the important skills of project management (planning, scheduling, and budgeting) are only part of a successful project-thus, she skillfully integrates such critical areas as communications, creativity, team building, and leadership to ensure project success.

She developed and manages a team of software engineers, DBAs, systems analysts, User Experience designers and developers, QA specialists and IT professionals. She has compelling record of project execution on innovative, complex IT and professional services projects for Federal, state, and commercial clients including enterprise-wide software development, business process analysis, large-scale data management, data visualizations and data-driven web solutions, program support, training, strategic planning and process transformation.

Ms. Diamond is responsible for business development within the Digital and Information Solutions Group and cross-functionally across all ERG's business areas. She leads and contributes to senior management assessments and pursuits of ongoing business and new opportunities. A track record in creating, growing and managing technology and software businesses.
