Great and worthy mission. Flexibility. Work life balance.
African American staff have no opportunity to be a successful part of the Executive Leadership team. Maybe 1-2 have management opportunities but are rarely successful or supported. No desire to learn why they fail in this area. Unwilling to recognize obvious bias. Excuse it away, ignore it, or terminate anyone who tries to address it.
Health benefits.
Willingness to try to improve outdated processes and practices such as switching from paper documentation to electronic. Upgrading the physical environment (building/work areas).
Investing in all employees. Ensuring that all leaders are leading ethically. Taking all grievances seriously and not ignoring some of them based on the reporter. Not cherry picking who they will to listen to.
Researching the company’s mission.
