Responsibilities
We are a global specialty materials company seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, airworthiness and regulatory compliance for our corporate flight department. The department currently operates two large-cabin Gulfstream business jets (Gulfstream G450/G550). This role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant aircraft availability to support CEO, Senior Executive Team, Board of Directors and business travel worldwide.
Key responsibilities
• Lead and manage all maintenance, inspection, and airworthiness activities specifically for Gulfstream G450 and G550 aircraft, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (FAA Part 91, EASA/other international authorities where flights operate) and company policies.
• Develop, implement and manage the aircraft maintenance program for company aircraft, including scheduled maintenance, structural inspections, AD/SB management, service bulletin implementation, and life limited parts tracking.

• Administer the aircraft reliability program, tracking dispatch reliability, MEL/CDL usage, and corrective action plans for maintenance issues on company aircraft. Produce maintenance KPIs and executive reports.
• Champion Safety Management System (SMS) practices for maintenance activities; lead maintenance related investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits (regulatory, corporate, insurance) and manage findings to timely closure.
• Serve as primary technical liaison with aircraft OEM, engine manufacturers, avionics suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure proper handling of international travel requirements: customs documentation for aircraft parts, and export/import logistics when performing maintenance overseas.
• Manage the maintenance and upkeep of company hangar facilities, property, tools and equipment. To include managing hangar fuel farm and oversight of contracts for hangar supplies, service and upkeep.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required. Inspection Authorization (IA) or the equivalent is highly desirable. Equivalent international certifications accepted with substantial corporate aviation experience.
• Minimum 7+ years' aircraft maintenance experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory/management role supporting business aviation. Direct, hands on experience with Gulfstream G450 and G550 aircraft and systems is required.
• Deep, practical knowledge of G450/G550 airframe systems (pressurization, environmental control, flight controls, landing gear), engines/APU, and Gulfstream specific maintenance requirements and best practices.
• Proven experience managing ADs, SBs and structural inspection programs for Gulfstream large cabin business jets. Familiarity with G450/G550 structural inspection intervals and corrosion prevention programs preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with maintenance tracking systems commonly used for business aviation (e.g., CAMP, Traxxall, AMOS, or equivalent) and electronic technical records.

The individual selected for this position will lead research to develop & commercialize high purity solvents for the semiconductor industry & other applications supporting the Coatings & Inks business at Eastman.
Responsibilities
Work with global teams focused on high purity solvent development projects for a range of applications including etching, cleaning, planarization and lithography processes.
Apply deep understanding of the semiconductor industry to develop and refine new solvent products that meet requirements of end customers in photoresist, thinner, developer and cleaner.

The Pilot-In Command (PIC) reports to the Director of Aviation. The PIC is directly responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft assigned and the safety of the passengers, crew, and cargo. This responsibility cannot be delegated. The PIC has final authority as to the operation of assigned aircraft. The PIC is a fully competent professional with in-depth knowledge and experience in Aviation, works independently with minimal guidance, and uses judgement in operating company aircraft safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Comply with all applicable FARs, manufacturer operating procedures, company and department SOPs, and international aviation rules established by foreign governments; Comply with schedules and other directives governing the aircraft's operation
Ensure that the aircraft has been released for flight by a properly qualified maintenance employee. Ensure that preflight inspections are performed. Determine if the aircraft is in a condition for safe flight; and if not, delay or cancel the flight until needed repairs are made.
Review and calculate weight and balance for the aircraft, fuel on board, and aircraft performance charts to ensure the necessary margin exist for the safe completion of the flight; Use checklists.
Analyze weather conditions at destination, enroute, alternate airports, and the departure airport to ensure the necessary weather minimums exist for the safe completion of the flight.
Prepare and file flight plan. Complete aircraft flight logs at the conclusion of each trip.
Make decisions to start, delay, or cancel flights from planned route or destination when operational conditions dictate. Report any unsafe conditions or hazardous weather to ATC.
Supervise the loading of passengers, verify proper identification, and confirm manifest accuracy for each flight leg.
Delegate to the Second-In-Command (SIC) any duties necessary for the safe, timely and efficient operation of the flight; Coordinate the functioning of all crewmembers assigned to the flight; Conduct preflight and post flight briefings with all flight crew on each assigned flight.
Ensure that qualified personnel will handle the aircraft and supervise all servicing, towing or storage when away from home base.
Oversee any maintenance work performed on assigned aircraft to the extent that he is assured as to what was wrong and what was done to correct the problem.
Complete Maintain currency and proficiency in each type of aircraft assigned to fly. (Maximum two aircraft requiring type ratings)
Maintain personal records, i.e., FAA medical certificate, FAA airman certificates, passport, proficiency checks, and any other records applicable to performance of flight duty. Provide copies of these records to the Director, Aviation as they are updated or revised.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Attorney to join our global IP practice. In this role, you will collaborate with technology and business leaders to develop and implement effective IP strategies and provide guidance regarding cross-functional IP issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering.
* Electrical product knowledge, primely in cable accessories, terminations, and joints.
* Proven track of records in acquiring new clients.
* Proficiency in the construction market, oil & gas branch in United Arab Emirates.
* Bilingual (English and Arabic).

An internship is a temporary position within 3M. Interns typically work a full-time schedule throughout a 10-12 week assignment. This position is limited to working 899 hours per service credit year. 3M provides eligible interns with a housing and transportation stipend in accordance with current policy.
This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As an Undergraduate Process Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Gaining an understanding of the process and identifying inefficiencies in the process
* Working with other engineers in the factory and at the division level to brainstorm and prioritize process improvements that may improve yield and productivity in the plant
* Developing and implementing creative and innovative process solutions in collaboration with cross-functional team members
* Supporting the modification and improvement of existing process conditions, methods and/or solutions
* Performing and coordinating product testing and verification for process changes in accordance with established test protocols
* Initiating and leading projects that result in continuous improvement of Product and Process Understanding (PPU), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and machine Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
* Understand and use statistical analysis and PPU to improve process
* Effectively troubleshoot defects and variation, perform root cause analysis, and apply problem solving skills
* Development and implementation of improvements related to safety, quality, service, and cost in assigned areas
* Provide daily production support and troubleshooting for assigned products and manufacturing operations
* Improve manufacturing operations using continuous improvement and project management tools
* Maintain, track, and report on unit/static costs and variances for assigned products
* Creating and maintaining product/process documentation, including specifications, test methods, and change management documentation

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, or higher, from an accredited institution

* Experience with light assembly, assembly automation, robotic applications, material handling, or inspection equipment
* Experience in the use of statistical tools and data analysis in problem solving
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
