How youll serve our patients
Responsible, under the guidance of the Kitchen Supervisor and/or Practice Manager/Coordinator, for the upkeep and successful operation of the kitchen, including food preparation, cleaning, and inventory management.
You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:
* Assist in the preparation of all meals and snacks; read and follow recipes for food preparation
* Ensure kitchen is appropriately stocked and cleaned per Health Department and Joint Commission standards
* Maintain kitchen supply inventory and communicate regarding ordering needs
* Grocery shopping
* Receive shipments of supplies and store following FIFO standards
* Follow food preparation standards and food safety guidelines as required by local/state/federal agencies
