Inconsistency between divisions (divisions that were absorbed into Eaton held a lot of hostility towards the company and other Eaton folks)

Challenging work and interesting product mix. Enjoyed leading my teams.

Cons of working at Eaton

No investment in developing and training leaders. Development at all levels of the organization is lacking. Mandatory unpaid leave is a common practice here. It’s horrible.

Leadership. Run too lean. Don't backfill for individuals who left. Expect individuals to work 14 -18 hours a day and weekends.
