In this role, you will manage all sales activity for the achievement of short and long-term business objectives, increased profit and market share. **In this function you will:** + Work with the VP of Sales, Regional Sales Directors and all other appropriate members of the Bussmann team, to achieve annual sales budgets across Bussmann product lines + Be responsible for assigned aspects of account management including meeting assigned sales targets, maximizing profitability + Make relationships with distributor leadership, their teams and customers to proactively respond to their needs, identify new opportunities, resolve current issues and participate in product reviews, promotional activities, trainings and other customer driven initiatives - striving to enable account satisfaction through superior customer service, account management and data management + Work with Bussmann regional sales teams to help manage service levels, inventory, training and other events as they arise + Manage and develop the inside sales team to grow external customers and internal processes Be responsible for providing external intelligence and compiling competitive analysis (new product introductions, benchmarking, market share, SWOT analysis, pricing, etc). + Perform ongoing collaboration with the product managers to align sales forecast with production planning + Collaborate with other Eaton divisions to develop a One-Eaton strategy in the electronic channel + Develop strategic business partnerships, which influence divisional plans, supporting business programs and growth + Guide other internal functions in understanding and acting upon account, consumer and industry insights + Attend relevant trade shows and customer end user events to obtain feedback and voice of customer **Qualifications:** **Required (Basic) Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution + Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales roles of increasing responsibility working with electrical products + Possess a valid driver's license **Preferred Qualification:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering + Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in e-commerce or electronics market + Cross-functional leadership experience **Skills:** **Position Success Criteria:** + Possess excellent communication skills + Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future + Strategic growth mindset + Ability to travel up to 50% The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $165,000 - $242,000. Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
