As a high-visibility member of the Operating for Growth AI Factory, AI & Innovation value chain, the Manufacturing Operations AI Leader will champion Eaton's strategic AI initiatives in Manufacturing Operations, with a focus on Physical AI, Simulation, Cobots, and Automation. This leader identifies key AI opportunities, defines business impact, secures executive investment, and oversees end-to-end execution and value realization. Building trusted relationships with executive leaders across the electrical and industrial sectors, this role acts as a strategic partner, translating business goals into tailored AI and automation solutions. Accountable for multiple, high-profile strategic initiatives with regular executive interaction, the leader collaborates closely across IT teams and serves as a key member of the AI Council's Innovation workstream-providing frequent updates and participating in investment reviews. The role requires driving culture change, navigating ambiguity, and leading the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and business process transformation to deliver substantial value and transformation for Eaton.
