Job Location: North Kingstown, RI Job Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 2nd Compensation: $19.81/hr Benefits Information * Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance * Health and Wellness Incentives * Paid Vacation and Holidays * 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions * Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) * Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Tuition Reimbursement * Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities * Manually stacking products on pallets according to specific instructions * Ensure pallets are properly loaded and stacked, identifying and addressing any issues * Maintaining a safe and clean work environment * Follow all safety procedures and regulations including wearing the required PPE * Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production and equipment issues * May include other tasks as assigned * There is a 10% shift differential for second shift Required Qualifications * Must be 18 years or older * Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship * Previous or current experience in heavy general labor roles * Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation * Ability to perform consistent and repetitive tasks Preferred Qualifications * Previous work experience in food production, manufacturing, or similar environment Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
