Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Regional ProjectManager - Central that can be based anywhere in our Central Region. This region covers the following major cities: Chicagoland, Cleveland, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Detroit, Des Moines.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) division is seeking a Regional ProjectManager will be responsible for directing the execution of preventive maintenance, retrofit, startup and commissioning projects. These projects will be completed in conjunction with our District Operations Centers (DOC's), with the ProjectManager overseeing planning, execution, monitoring, control, and job closure activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DIMENSIONS
* Oversee tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
* Receive job handoffs and complete initial technical, scope of work, and scheduling requirement reviews.
* Utilize necessary projectmanagement tools, software, and other resources to maintain adherence to key milestones and deliverables on site.
* Own coordination of project meetings (internal and external) and formal communication plans to key project stakeholders.
* Determine mechanisms required for successful job closeout (punch lists / issue resolution, internal warranty, transition to owner or other entity).
* Serve as primary point of contact throughout duration of EESS activities on site.
* Collaborate with DOC team to communicate any safety program initiatives, concerns, or oversights to customer, contractor, and subcontractor stakeholders.
* Provide financial oversight through cost control, warranty, change order management, and risk mitigation.
* Work closely with commercial operations teams, including North American Sales (NAS) ProjectManagement Organization, sales engineers, and EESS Technical Application Support (TAS) organization to reconcile client expectations with order commitments, change orders, and timelines.
* Join forces with local Service Sales Specialist, DOC Manager and Regional Director (if support across DOCs) to review pipeline and identify orders that will require projectmanagement.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
* Minimum 5 years of experience leading and/or managing electrical, construction, or industrial projects; or 5 years' experience as a projectmanager services, sales, or manufacturing of electrical distribution products.
* In lieu of a Bachelors degree, minimum 7 years of experience leading and/or managing electrical, construction, or industrial projects; or 7 years' experienceas a projectmanager services, sales, or manufacturing of electrical distribution products.
* Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP or Commissioning Agent Certification
* 7-10 electrical field services experience
* 5+ years managing electrical construction or commissioning projects as projectmanager or construction manager.
