Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you'll do:** **Job Summary** We are seeking a Specialist - IT System Analyst to join our Corporate IT organization, which supports a global network of manufacturing sites. Operating in a matrix-style environment, this role works from a corporate layer to enable secure, reliable machine connectivity and industrial edge-to-cloud data flows in partnership with site and business teams. The individual acts as a specialized resource and consultant to plants-guiding connectivity architecture, building corporate-owned components, and coordinating with onsite resources for shop-specific configuration in alignment with IT Digial Manufacturing digital tool portfolio internal products. The role collaborates closely with the IoT Architect to help drive adoption of reference architectures and with data and analytics and Digital Manufacturing software development teams to ensure connectivity supports the broader data strategy. **Job Responsibilities** - Act as a corporate IT consultant for machine connectivity projects across manufacturing sites. - Guide project approach, review designs, and coordinate execution with site teams. - Support and coordinate delivery with local resources and approved vendors. - Build and maintain secure connectivity components (e.g., edge gateways, device identity). - Enable plant integrations in partnership with engineering and maintenance teams. - Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and are operable by site teams. - Collaborate with IoT Architect and architecture teams to drive adoption of reference architectures. - Provide hands-on expertise with industrial IoT platforms (Ignition, ThingWorx, Kepware, MQTT). - Set up connectors and secure data flows to corporate services; guide site teams on configuration. - Ensure connectivity meets data strategy requirements for analytics and reporting. - Apply basic data science and analytics to bridge OT signals with downstream analytics. - Embed OT/IoT security controls and coordinate with Cybersecurity Engineering. - Ensure compliance with IT governance and cybersecurity protocols. - Coordinate production-safe deployments and support cutovers with onsite teams. - Deliver enablement sessions so site teams can sustain local operations independently. - Manage work using Agile and project management practices (Scrum/Kanban). - Identify and propose improvements for connectivity reliability and data quality. - Support incident triage and collaborate with site teams to restore service. **Qualifications:** **Required (Basic) Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. - Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on technology experience, including significant time in manufacturing/industrial environments - Demonstrated success enabling machine/PLC - programable logic controller connectivity and industrial data integration from a corporate IT layer in coordination with plant resources - IoT/Industrial Platforms: Hands-on with Ignition, ThingWorx, and comparable platforms; Kepware/OPC UA, MQTT brokers (Sparkplug B), and edge gateway tooling. - This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This role is for that person that likes to try stuff and figures things out. Have you been in roles in your past where you had no previous knowledge of what you were going to be digging your fingers into? Then, you are right on target for what we are seeking. You will be given access to Pluralsight as well as a bunch of internal tools to learn new stuff... For this role, we are ideally seeking individuals that are within driving distance to Hebron Kentucky. This role is being done in a hybrid manner....roughly 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. I am going to be honest here...if you are staunchly focused, solely on how many days onsite & how many days remote, you probably aren't the person for this role. In addition, there will be trips (once a month) to New York City where you will be traveling for - roughly - 2 days a month to New York City. For this role, you will be working with Systems Administration, AWS, Tanium, Intune, Microsoft 365, Storage, and Virtualization. The AWS and Tanium piece is the most important part o this role. You will evaluate, recommend, and implementing new technologies as well as serve as tier 3 escalation support. You won't be alone in this role. There is a team of 8 (you will be the 9th member of this team) Sys & Network admins and Sys & Network Engineers that you will be working with. This client has about 2,000 employees. However, from a user group perspective, there are roughly 1,600 across the US, Canada, UK / EU, India and the Philippines. Here are some of those main responsibilities for this role: Oversee internal infrastructure including data centers, networks, telephony, storage and end user computing. Perform server administration across a mixed OS environment (Linux and Windows). Provide support in problem prevention and resolution for complex infrastructure issues for enterprise infrastructure groups. Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and backups to ensure availability, performance, and security. This should also include performance tuning, patching, incident response & compliance. Automate deployments and maintenance using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like CloudFormation or Terraform. Administration and maintenance of endpoint management platforms such as Tanium to ensure secure configuration, patch compliance, and real-time visibility across all servers and workstations. Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration, including user accounts, groups, permissions, and policy configuration to maintain secure and efficient operations. Here are the things we are seeking in a candidate: Experience managing Linux and Windows servers, automation scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash). Experience with AWS (setups of AWS environments, configs and so on) is an absolute must have for this role. Experience with Tanium is an absolute must have for this role as well. Familiarity with NIST, SOC 2, or PCI standards and implementation of least-privilege access controls. At least 5 years of experience of Systems Administration experience (this is a must have / gotta have). The more experience, the better. However, I am going to be more interested in breadth and depth of experience than true 'years' of experience. So, if you have 5-6 years of Sys Admin experience where you were the only Sys Admin for an environment, that will be more important than someone with 9 years of experience...but was on a team of 20 Sys Admins. Certifications like: Proxmox, VMWare, AWS: Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect, CloudOps Engineer, and Solutions Architect are things that the hiring manager is really seeking. Other certs that we would like to see are: CompTIA Network+, ITIL, CompTIA Server+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Security+, and Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst Associate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Diagnose and resolve problems associated with application software and operating systems. Monitor network operational status and verify system availability for members and staff. Monitor and review escalations from Security Monitoring Solutions and report to appropriate channels. Installation and support of Windows Servers. Installation and support of Linux Servers. Test and deploy hardware and software. Install, configure and maintain server appliance hardware and software. Review detected Risks and provide solutions for remediation or mitigation. Monitor, test and deploy security updates and patching. Provide escalation support and backup for Support Specialists. Assist with management of Active Directory environment, configure Group Policies for automated deployment of applications, updates, and configuration of desktop systems. Assist with managing and supporting network devices such as firewalls, routers and switches. Provide guidance and solutions for surveillance system. Handle purchasing of IT equipment, supplies. Distribute reports and information to appropriate departments in a timely manner. Assist in designing and implementing network & server solutions for Credit Union Services. Provide guidance and direction to Junior Staff as needed. Performs other duties as request by the VP of Network and Server Administration. BASE EXPECTATIONS: Be willing to perform any duty (beyond Essential Functions above) as assigned. Demonstrate the ability to handle different situations; i.e., demonstrate versatility. Recognize/listen to member/coworker requests and/or concerns and identify their needs so they may be better served. Assist with information gathering information as required of the position and/or as requested by the supervisor. Provide exemplary internal customer service and foster teamwork throughout the credit union. Communicate effectively and positively with members, coworkers, and management. Be responsible in developing and maintaining a high level of product service knowledge. Adequately perform all operational functions to fulfill the requirements of the position and provide other support functions as requested. Represents the Credit Union with honesty, integrity and trust at all times. Support the mission of the Credit Union by providing excellent service to members both external and internal. Adheres to established internal policies and procedures. Completes required compliance training in a timely manner and complies with all regulations within scope of the position. Adheres to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, USA PATRIOT Act and anti-money laundering regulations. WORKING CONDITIONS Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of items weighing up to 60 lbs. Potential exposure to the threat of violence at any time. Occasional business travel may be required. Sitting or standing for extended periods of time may be required. Periodical work outside normal business hours may be needed.
