Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
· Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.

· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:

Other Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide leadership, training, and resources for Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to achieve optimal levels of safety, quality, profitability, productivity, and delivery to assure internal and external customer satisfaction.

Review and measure manufacturing methods, technology application and workflow processes and apply lean/continuous improvement application skills.
Possess knowledge of financial considerations when evaluating CI initiatives including capital, rate of return, availability of resources, timing concerns, and operating income impact.
Develop and implement best practices to maximize cost savings through proactive and innovative CI programs.
Monitor the effectiveness of the Autokiniton Operating System (AOS), anticipate problems, implement corrective action, and develop adjustments to the system.
Interface with customers and suppliers as appropriate.
Provide support and guidance to all departments in the application of lean/CI manufacturing techniques.
Assess training needs and develop tools to effectively address Associates' development and collaborate with Plant Mgt Team to create training plans.
Accountable for following all internal and OSHA required procedures in performing daily activities and hold direct reports accountable for enforcement.
Maintain model behavior which demonstrates Corporate Values and a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.
SUCCESS FACTORS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, prefer Manufacturing, Engineering or Quality, Master's Degree preferred.
10+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing lean manufacturing concepts, preferred metal stamping/assembly preferred or a combination of degree and experience.
6+ years of management experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Quality in automotive manufacturing strongly preferred.
Certified Six Sigman Green Belt, Black Belt preferred and other standard CI tools.
Possess knowledge of Plant department functions, corresponding roles, and interactions to facilitate overall CI Programs.

Job Description
The Java Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting modern enterprise software solutions, including mobile and web-based applications. This role contributes to both new application development and the ongoing support and enhancement of existing systems. The associate works closely with architects, analysts, and cross-functional team members to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that meet business and performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test application components, including new features and enhancements to existing systems.
Support and maintain a production mobile application built on a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) platform.
Provide production support, including troubleshooting, defect resolution, testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with application architects and business analysts to validate functional and technical designs.
Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in design and code reviews.
Analyze requirements and implement simple to moderately complex program modules in alignment with design standards.
Apply industry best practices and technical expertise to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to development practices and system reliability.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in the following
Java: Strong object-oriented programming skills with experience in enterprise application development.
Spring Boot: Experience building RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.
Angular: Proficiency in developing responsive single-page applications.
SQL: Ability to write and optimize SQL queries; experience with relational databases.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to Agile development environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git.
Understanding of secure coding standards and application performance optimization.
