Your Opportunity The Conference and Event Planner is a key player in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events, virtual events, EBSCO Days and other events across North America. Good verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex HVAC issues with customers in a way they understand. Good judgment, decision making and problem solving skills. Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Vocational training preferred. License or Certification: Valid driver's license. Gas Fitter 1 license required in applicable states. CFC recovery certification required in applicable states. Canada: Trade license or equivalent depending on trade. Experience: Typically requires 2-4 years of HVAC experience. Refrigeration experience preferred. Equivalency: Directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the above requirements.
