Description Location: Work on-site in Japan. ECC is seeking an Quality Control Manager for a ground-up construction project for a seven-story hotel in Japan. This project is anticipated to start in February or March 2025 in country and is expected to span approximately 2.5 years. In this position, you will:
Take appropriate action to ensure that work is performed in accordance with ECC Quality Control Program, the design, the contract specifications, pertinent building codes & practices as well as national and local standards
Work to actively promote and support the safety program with subcontractors and project team members on a daily basis
Ensure implementation of the Three-Phase Control Process in accordance with Company standards and contract requirements
Facilitate QC meetings and document minutes
Ensure the appropriate and required testing program is implemented; evaluate, review, monitor and document results
Inspect and document the receipt of all materials to ensure compliance with contract documents
Process submittals to ensure that they meet the contract and project requirements and are submitted to the client as required and in a timely matter.
Author quality related documentation (reports, logs, and records), completing required information for daily reports and client communications in a timely and accurate manner
Author and log Requests for Information (RFIs)
Ensure implementation, documentation, and close-out of corrective actions
Initiate stop work or re-work in coordination with the project team in circumstances where nonconformance to prescribed work methodologies occurs
Manage effort to close out the project in a timely manner

ECC targeted base salary range is $100,000 to $110,000 annually.

Responsibilities
Mechanic Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on RailJet equipment, grout and shotcrete pumps, forklifts, and other heavy machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory.
Coordinate with field teams to ensure equipment is available and operational for upcoming projects.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
Respond to urgent field service needs and prioritize equipment issues based on operational requirements.
Crew (RJT3 Responsibilities):
Operate RailJet equipment, forklifts, Mobile Elevated Work Platforms, and skid-steers.
Support shotcrete and grout pump operations, including mix design and application to project specifications.
Assist with site preparation, hazard mitigation, and material distribution.
Provide basic equipment maintenance and cleaning at the job site.
Mentor and support lower-level technicians when required.
Use tablets, phones, and computers for documentation and communication of job activities.

AECOM's Water Business Line is seeking a talented Water-Wastewater - Water Resources Engineer to support our Water, Wastewater, and Water Resources practice based in the New England Area - Chelmsford, MA, Boston, MA, or Rocky Hill, CT.
The selected employee will have a primary focus on water/wastewater/water resources utility planning, design, condition assessment, and mapping for state, municipal, and private clients. The candidate will perform a variety of tasks, including site investigations, field measurements, utility investigations, capacity studies, condition assessments, conceptual through 100 percent design, cost estimating, and construction administration/observation. This position can work from one of our offices in Chelmsford or Boston, MA, Providence, RI or Manchester, New Hampshire. The position can be remote but the candidate needs to be located in the New England area.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Manages and directs professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects
Experience with CERCLA projects and federal facilities
