Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service. Keep up to date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes. Frequently check with guest to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service. Promote and sell spa/salon services including retail offerings related to the Spa. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Handle inappropriate guest behavior by following Marriott International standard operating procedures for Inappropriate conduct for guests and therapists, leading up to and including stopping a treatment or service and informing supervisor/manager. Maintain current skills and licensure in service area as per regional requirements.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; make sure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time; grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Supervises daily front office operations to ensure successful execution of all lodge safety and service standards and completion of daily tasks and assignments
Ensures daily success of check-in standards and operational efficiencies
Provides coaching, encouragement, and recognition to pack members regularly
Understands and champions Great Wolf policies and procedures, and collaborates with Department and Lodge leadership in performance management of the department and its Pack Members
Responds to questions or guest concerns and escalates pack/guest feedback to leadership as appropriate
Ensures the completion and proper communication/escalation of guest requests and other concerns to the appropriate department
Understands and participates in scheduling of staff, execution of labor management and forecasting
Conducts daily stand up meetings with Guest Service pack to prioritize the day and facilitates feedback from Pack Members
Monitors performance of agents, providing real time feedback and coaching
Ensures front desk, back of house areas, and luggage carts are clean, organized, and properly stocked for the daily operations; ensures safety standards are met
Participates in recruitment and selection of talent for the guest service team
Partners with department leaders to develop and execute action plans related to guest service and Pack Member engagement measured through NPS and eNPS
Participates with Guest Services leadership in pack performance management including; employee reviews, corrective action, investigations, conflict resolution, etc.
Maintains quality of operation by ensuring service excellence, ensuring adequate inventory levels, and operational equipment by troubleshooting, maintenance, and/or calling for repair
Assists in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs ensuring a safe facility that complies with all appropriate regulations-Ergonomics, Emergency Responses, Injury and Illness Prevention, and Hazard Communications Programs
May also assist in supervising bell, valet and night audit and other roles as needed
Basic Qualifications & Skills
High School diploma or equivalent experience

Experience with Microsoft Office and general software systems; proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook

What will you do?
Drive the tour bus along the designated routes while providing approved commentary throughout the journey.
Regularly perform safety inspection checks on the tour bus; ensure proper fuel levels, visibility, and proper operation of required systems.

Responsibilities:
Assist with execution of Miami Dolphins Youth Programs events including set up, break down, and helping to run skills, drills, competitions, and games
Assist with event logistics including processing participants, distributing inventory, and communicating with parents
Engage with Dolphins fans, proactively encouraging participation in game day activities and activations
Help to load/unload, stock, clean, and maintain the event truck and storage area
Assist with management of youth programs database and communications
Work to enhance social media presence in efforts to promote and market events
Maintain high energy and enthusiasm at all events while representing the organization
Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Understanding of football, preferably with experience as a player or coach
High school diploma/GED required, some college education preferred

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Provides consultation to fathers in adherence to the evidence-based curricula adopted by the program.
2. Plans and coordinates delivery of services with FRANC team to assure compliance with regulatory standards and reporting requirements (Department of Children & Families, Council on Accreditation, and curricula organization).
3. Reviews screenings and assessments, utilizing program specific protocol and consult with case management when community supports are needed.
4. Cultivate and manage ongoing collaborative relationships with other CFC programs as well as in the early childhood, child welfare, behavioral health, legal, housing, and family serving communities.
5. Timely data entry into participant records and data collection systems.
6. Prepare for and participate in case reviews with the Interdisciplinary Team.
7. Adheres strictly to policies which ensure participant confidentiality.
8. Participates in and supports the agency's performance and quality improvement processes.
9. Participates in outreach development and delivery of community events.
10. Participates in related training and workshops.
11. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field.
2. Preference will be given to individuals with a minimum of 3 years prior experience supporting father and father figures with family support/case management services.
3. Complete required training and certification for selected curricula, training will be provided if not already certified.
4. Manage a caseload; organize and prioritize work assignments; make decisions and independent judgments; determine the appropriate course of action in emergency or stressful situations; and recognize reportable events.
5. Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Microsoft 365 web-based applications and using internet search engines and other online research tools.
6. Ability to work in the office, clients' homes and in the community.
7. Available to work evenings and some Saturdays for community and program events.
8. Bilingual in English/Spanish is an advantage but not required.
