**Position Overview**
Assists other operations personnel in vehicle repairs, small equipment repairs, filling trucks, and other warehouse responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Responds to fleet breakdowns in the field.
+ Fills trucks as needed.
+ Observes mechanical devices in operation and diagnosis defects.
+ Maintains and repairs equipment, i.e. aerators, spreaders, tractors, and seeders.
**Education and Experience Requirements**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to three years related experience in lawn/horticulture agronomic field and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Requires occasional local travel. Valid, permanent driver's license from state of residence. Current liability auto insurance required.

**Pay Ranges**
$30,436.00 - $54,785.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. Position Overview
Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales region and/or accounts. Receives inbound call from a customer with a potential cancel. Inbound representative is responsible for resolving concerns and presenting root cause related offers in order to retain the customer's business. **Position Overview**
Engages in and must successfully complete a 3-6 month comprehensive management training program. Position Overview
Engages in and must successfully complete a 3-6 month comprehensive management training program. **Job Requirements**
+ Experience working in a customer facing role is preferred.
+ Must be a gifted storyteller with an awesome personality who will make quality sales for TruGreen.
+ Reliable vehicle to transport yourself from the branch to property visits is required (mileage reimbursement OR car allowance is available).
+ Valid, current driver's license required; subject to pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record check, and proof of insurance required.

Your Responsibilities
You are a TruGreen ambassador, responsible for creating positive relationships between our customers and our products. You help our customers live life outside.
Responsibilities include:
Administer timely lawn applications
Diagnose and correct customer problems through service calls and other communications
Recommend and sell products and service information to new and existing customers, resulting in growth of our customer base
Complete production reports, new sales forms, customer invoice forms, daily vehicle inspection report, and cancel/skip notices
Note: All positions require a valid driver's license, and some may require appropriate state/local licensing
