What You Will Do:

+ Operates the label machines properly and efficiently in order to meet production deadlines according to the daily job schedule.
+ Minimize waste or misuse of raw materials.

What We're Looking For:
* Filtering finished latex from reactors to storage tanks, including: the verification that the latex is within all specifications, calculation of correct storage tank capacity, proper sampling and recordkeeping (valve placement sheets, shift log, filing charts, etc.).
* Manufacture, packaging and shipment of customer bulk orders, including: the calculation of correct tanker input/output, inspection of the tanker, proper sampling, completion of the weight ticket and the bill of lading.
* Manufacture, packaging and shipment of customer drum orders, including: proper sampling and labeling, completion of the packing list and the bill of lading and the proper use of a forklift.
* Proper selection and use of pumps, lines, hoses and filtration equipment including inspection and cleaning as well as informing their Team Leader of maintenance work requests needed to repair defective equipment.
* Daily checks and maintenance of the scrubber system including: sampling, draining knock-out pots, adjusting flows, changing out solutions and recording QC results in the log book.
* Storage of raw materials and finished products in an organized and safe manner.
* General housekeeping in the process and warehouse areas.

* Previous experience as an operator in a chemical manufacturing is preferred, but not required.
* A high level of safety awareness is required.

Now Hiring a Receiver position at our Salisbury, North Carolina distribution center. This is a full-time position of 40 hours, working Monday through Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM). In this full-time Receiver role, you will be part of our warehouse associate team, responsible for the receipt of all inbound goods and supplies arriving at the Distribution Center. You will safely perform all stock movement and put-away functions while ensuring the accuracy of packing lists and purchase order receipts. Additionally, you will provide backup in the absence of the Receiving/Packaging Coordinator.
Specifically, you will receive inbound materials from vendors and customer return stock using radio frequency scanners and keyboard data entry. You will perform purchase order receipt and stock movement functions involved in bringing stock into inventory, producing the unit packaging tickets and lot registration. This position is also responsible for unloading and staging material within the receiving area using powered industrial equipment, putting products away in rack locations, and noting damaged product information on the delivery carrier's paperwork prior to unloading goods. You will enter purchase order and supplied packing list information into the system, set up packaging stations from receiving staging or from receipt goods storage location, and collaborate with the Receiving Crew Leader or Coordinator on receipts, carrier, or supplier variances. Additionally, you will assist with inventory cycle counting using powered industrial equipment and assist with inventory discrepancy investigations relating to receipt variances. You will notify Purchasing and Quality Assurance personnel about quality and damaged goods variations.
Your background should include a High School diploma/GED equivalent and one year of general knowledge of distribution/manufacturing operations. You must be Powered Industrial Equipment Certified or become certified within 30 days after accepting the position. You should have average math skills and effective reading and writing skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to spend most of the time standing and walking in a warehouse environment is necessary. You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

* Leads and assists in the fabrication, construction, installation, and modification of new, existing and customized equipment throughout the facility.
* Determines finalized pipe routing, fit up dimensions, and support requirements for a variety of industrial piping.
* Safely performs preventive and predictive maintenance and repair of all industrial equipment associated with the operation of the facility and production of chemicals.
* Leads and assists in troubleshooting equipment for mechanical and electrical equipment
* Performs general carpentry and metal fabrication work with a variety of materials.
* Performs equipment lubrication tasks with oils, greases, filters, pumps, and other advanced tools (ultrasonic tools).
* Performs basic facility maintenance tasks including cleaning, sweeping, and occasional snow removal and salting.
* Operates or works with forklifts and other heavy equipment (telehandler, boom truck / crane, skid steer, etc...).

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $38,700 - $58,100. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager, Professional Education (US), you will be instrumental in creating strategic training initiatives that ensure the safe and effective use of J&J Neurovascular products. Reporting directly to the Director of Education, you will oversee a dynamic team of managers and specialists, collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical Teams, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales Leadership.

* Evaluate and implement innovative training modalities, which meet the needs of the learner, i.e. web-based applications and technology-based tools, AI platform, AR/VR, Telementoring,
* Maintain the required training documents that fulfill the FDA training commitment for TRUFILL n-BCA Liquid Embolic System and Enterprise Vascular Reconstruction Device with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal teams.
* Oversee development and progressive learning stages of the Johnson & Johnson Institute comprehensive and scalable curriculum for Fellows, Residents, and Allied Health Professionals
* Operate under limited supervision and in strict adherence to applicable company guidelines on Regulatory, Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
* Align with established project and management processes, instruction design standards and processes, and corporate brand style and standards, including compliance requirements.

As the Regional Business Director (RBD), you will:
Implement and execute the Electrophysiology commercial strategy by managing sales and clinical personnel and activities to maximize profitable sales growth in a rapidly growing marketplace.
Drive top line regional sales results in line with business plan including defining and managing the monthly and annual sales objectives for all the sales and clinical personnel.
Meet and exceed sales targets for the region of the US. Provide accurate sales forecasts and develops and executes tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives. Partner with Area Director to develop appropriate commercial strategies to maximize business outcomes.
Manage the Regional budget.
Coach and manage (directly) the performance of the regional pods, including Territory Managers, Clinical Account Specialists and Ultrasound Specialist.
Implement company's commercial, field training and product and services marketing strategies and tactics through the organization under their responsibility.
Recruit, develop and retain talent in the region (e.g., selection, performance management, succession planning, development planning, retention planning, etc.).
Assess clinical, technical, and commercial skills of the regional team. Responsible for developing strong customer relationships within the region with key clinical and commercial stakeholders.
Execute organizational development and change. Participate as an active member of the US Sales & Field Services leadership team to ensure effective execution of global and national strategies at a regional level.
Create positive change and create an environment of team engagement and motivation. Understand, adhere to, and hold team accountable for adherence to Company programs, policies and procedures (e.g. pricing models, expense reporting, compensation, healthcare compliance, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree
5+ years of professional work experience and a Minimum of 3 years in the Medical Device Industry
Minimum of 3 years of Sales or Marketing experience in the US medical device industry required or 2 years prior Sales Management experience in the Cardiovascular Industry
Minimum of 2 years of business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology
Experience as a field trainer or project leadership is preferred
Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
Have a valid driver's license issued in the United States
Preference to live within the territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
An advanced degree (e.g., MBA)
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
