What You Will Do
* Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans
* Assist Sales Representatives with plant surveys of prospective customers
* Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and in new accounts
* Develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders in the strategic district accounts where you provide service support to other District Sales Representatives

* Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
* Partner closely with the Global Development Lead (GDL) in the execution of the clinical development strategy and plan for the assigned molecule(s)/indication(s)
* Responsible for scientific leadership and execution of clinical studies and delivering on innovative clinical study designs, high quality trial execution, safety assessment and interpretation of clinical study results
* Support execution for all FIH programs through proof-of concept
* Set the clinical data review strategy, ensure quality data and conduct review of emerging clinical data and trends; review and query data; present and discusse relevant data to appropriate teams, governance bodies, and other internal and external stakeholders
* Conduct data review, analysis and interpretation of clinical trials data together with the GDL, Clinical Safety, and Biostatistics.

* Support and assist in the development of publications, abstracts, and presentations
* May sit on project teams to support clinical development implementation and contribution to key development milestones, e.g. start-up and delivery of ESoE and PoC trials.
* Participate in project teams to help implement clinical development and contribute to key milestones (e.g., start-up and delivery of early signs of efficacy [ESoE] and POC trials).
* Lead the preparation of clinical protocols and support other critical documents including clinical development plans, INDs, annual reports, clinical study reports (CSRs), investigator brochures, statistical analysis plans, and regulatory documents.
* Foster a transparent environment that builds strong partnerships and mutual trust among teams and therapeutic areas.
* Coordinate with other clinical research activities within Oncology Research Development (ORD) and the broader Worldwide Research and Development (WRD) organization.
* Develop effective collaborations with key internal and external partners, such as project leaders, research units, biostatistics, regulatory affairs, clinical pharmacology, human genetics, translational oncology, precision medicine, and development operations.
* Partner with Translational Oncology and Biomarker teams to ensure biomarker plans are integrated into relevant programs for early efficacy signs and POC, as well as patient stratification.
* Establish and support relationships with external experts, consultants, key opinion leaders, regulators, and investigator networks to integrate the latest clinical thinking and guidelines into development plans and study designs, as well as manage study recruitment, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of scientific and clinical literature in relevant therapeutic areas, including key clinical development issues.
* Perform other duties as assigned related to clinical programs.
* Support functional area priorities and contribute to or lead departmental initiatives as requested.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / KEY SKILLS
* Relevant PhD or PharmD and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in industry/CRO, OR
* MS and a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role in industry/CRO, OR
* BA/BS and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in industry/CRO
* Clinical Research experience in Phase 1 in Oncology, on the side of the sponsor leading studies
* Experience in or strong understanding of Oncology Drug Development especially in Early Development

* Strong scientific writing skills and communication skills (written and verbal)

The Maintenance Technician provides maintenance, Instrument and Electrical (I&E) specific, support to the Plant B II&I Facilities. Maintains and repairs all types of equipment within I&E knowledge and expertise. Creates Equipment Reliability Strategies based upon Top Opportunity List, Critical Equipment List, and identified plant/business needs.

Participates in plant health study and efforts to implement corrective action to maintain or improve plant health.
Develops and implements the Facility Reliability Strategy.
Serves as RCI Team Leader with proven RCI skills, coaches others in RCI facilitation and ensures strong RCI/CAPA fundamentals are practiced within the unit.
Provides front end loading support for plant Turnarounds.
Facilitates the local Reliability Team and implementation of the HRO principles within the unit, building strong partnerships and coaching/teaching as needed.
Facilitates the annual maintenance budget setting process.
Assists maintenance representatives and project teams to design reliability, availability, and maintainability into new plants and equipment systems using GPM work process discipline.
Identifies key learning with significant value and leverage across the site reliability network through E&AT LER's.

The overall purpose of the Behavioral Health Care Advocate is to improve the enrollee's ability to remain stable in the community and out of the hospital. What You'll Do:
Our Plant Engineers are responsible for driving operational excellence through process optimization, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. This role plays a critical part in troubleshooting equipment and process issues, enhancing process safety, and supporting production operations. Our Plant Engineers also lead small capital projects to improve plant performance and reliability, while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) standards. In addition to these responsibilities, the Plant Engineer serves as the backup to the Plant Manager, providing leadership and support when needed. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient, safe, and compliant operations.
What We're Looking For:
* Providing technical support for manufacturing processes, batches, and equipment (including boilers).
* Leading the site's Mechanical Integrity Program and participating in Pre-Start Up Safety Reviews.
* Managing and optimizing production documentation and SOPs.
* Initiating and managing capital projects, including appropriation requests.
* Supporting quality investigations and implementing corrective actions.
* Assisting in the introduction of new products, raw materials, and processes.
* Conducting and coordinating site training, emergency response planning, and safety audits.
* Supporting the site's Process Safety Management Program, RC14001 Program, and CFATS compliance.
* Maintaining and updating P&IDs and overseeing the Management of Change Program.
* Backing up the Plant Manager and supporting Production Planning and Warehouse functions as needed
Skills That Make a Difference:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program. Chemical, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering are preferred.
* 5 or more years of experience in manufacturing. Chemical manufacturing or processing environment is preferred.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of tools including effective keyboarding skills.
* Experience managing capital projects and leading process improvement initiatives, a plus
* Knowledge of RC 14001, Process Safety Management systems, & CFATS, a plus.
* Working knowledge of environmental, health, safety, and process safety regulations.
* Experience with SAP and Cora Systems, a plus.
* Ability to effectively & efficiently communicate both verbally & written in English.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize task by urgency.
* Time Management, Teamwork, and Adaptability are critical to success
* Self-Motivation (takes initiative & works independently)
Working Conditions:
* Ability to lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
* Able and willing to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays to ensure projects are completed on time.
