Diamond Infrastructure Solutions is seeking candidates for exciting and rewarding Apprenticeship opportunities available at our Texas Operations facilities within the U.S. Apprenticeship Program.
As part of the U.S. Apprenticeship Program, Apprentices participate in a 2-3 year program offering hands-on work experience in our chemical plants while attending community college to earn a company-paid Associate's degree. During the program, Apprentices will be offered paid tuition, wages, and some benefits. Upon successful completion of the program, Apprentices will have earned an Associate's Degree in one of several technical disciplines. Apprentices will report to an Apprenticeship Program Leader who will support the Apprentice throughout the apprenticeship program. Apprentices who successfully complete the program will also be highly considered for a job within the company.
Individuals selected to fill an available Apprentice opening will be required to sign an offer letter that will commit them to working for Dow for 2 years upon being offered a full-time position.

Process Technician
Process Technicians operate equipment in assigned areas of the plant and perform operations related activities per the work process. They utilize chemical manufacturing knowledge and experience to operate and troubleshoot the plant in a safe and efficient manner.
Primary Responsibilities and Key Skills
Routine operation of basic control systems and devices to monitor levels, temperatures, pressures and flow rates, and transfer of products.
Controlling, monitoring and adjustment of all control systems and manually operated equipment.
Properly lifting hoses, bolt flanges and operate valves and similar equipment including the proper clearing and isolation of equipment.
Following operating discipline, procedures, and practices to ensure a safe and efficient operation of assigned duties.

They work with a wide variety of pneumatic, electronic and microcomputer instruments used to measure and control variables such as pressure, flow, temperature, level, motion, force, and chemical composition to support the process plants.
Primary Responsibilities and Key Skills
Maintaining and repairing all types of instrument systems.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and replacing defective components on instrumentation.
Reading electrical, logic, and loop diagrams.
Electronic troubleshooting and repair skills.
Procedure use - this includes field use, review, revision, and development of procedures.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
Individuals who are currently enrolled in high school or college or have graduated or received a GED within the last two years will be required to provide official transcripts/GED scores prior to being invited to an onsite interview.
Must have completed Algebra or Technical Math and Science coursework in High School, per graduation requirements. Completion of Chemistry and / or Physics coursework in High School is preferred.

About You and this Role
Dow has an opportunity for a Senior Construction Technologist Lead (I&E Owners Representative) located in Freeport (TX) within the Texas Operations (TXO) Construction Group.
Leads the construction management work process discipline, demonstrates lead competencies of directing others, staffing, planning and controlling projects. About this role
Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Service & Development (TS&D) Scientist located in Lake Jackson, TX supporting our NORDEL(TM) EPDM franchise.
This role applies advanced conceptual and practical knowledge in rubber materials, formulation, and processing to support customer needs by leading the development of new applications and providing technical expertise on the use, handling, and management of Dow products. The individual will drive formulation design and process optimization for EPDM rubber applications, including weather seals, hoses, belts, and roofing membranes. The position requires deep expertise in polymer science, rubber chemistry, and vulcanization systems (sulfur and peroxide), along with proficiency in ingredient selection (elastomers, fillers, oils, curatives, additives) and a strong understanding of structure-property relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize EPDM formulations to meet performance and cost targets.
Design cure systems and mixing cycles; troubleshoot processing issues.
Conduct material characterization and testing per ASTM/ISO standards.

The Director - Manufacturing Operations Solutions, Asset Performance Management, Engineering & Logistics Solutions Lead will focus on delivering best-in-class applications for monitoring assets at PGS manufacturing facilities. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business management, information systems, Computer Science or Engineering plus 8 years of related work experience or master's degree plus 7+ years of experience or PHD plus 5+ years of experience.
3-5 years of experience working in a Global Solution environment, involving deployment of complex, integrated enterprise systems for manufacturing.
3-5 years' experience leading the deployment and development of Asset Performance Management Solutions
Strong knowledge and practical experience in manufacturing, automation, IoT, data analytics, AI, connected worker and ML in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in all stages of a program lifecycle from value analysis, business case development, delivery through value realization
Ability to work across multiple concurrent activities and successfully adapt to changing priorities as required.
A thorough understanding of system GMP requirements and demonstrable knowledge of computer system design and maintenance lifecycle in GMP environments.

What You Will Do:
* Develop and expand existing and new national accounts in a designated industry segment

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The total Compensation range for this position is $142,100-$213,200 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms.
