You'll be responsible for revenue and profit growth of programs and services in targeted accounts. Using a consultative sales approach, you'll build relationships with existing customers by executing system assurance programs that meet their key business needs. With strong account leadership, you'll also convert strategic competitive accounts and sell new technologies to current customers.

What You Will Do:
* Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and in assigned competitively-held accounts, to meet profit increase goals. Target % sales time will be approximately
* Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales
* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives
* Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required
* Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
* Actively sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology in assigned customers to promote long-term business relationships with Nalco Water
Territory/Location Information:
* This position is based in Northern Ohio
* Territory covers about a 100 mile radius of the surrounding area
* Targeted accounts are within the Food and Beverage industries
* 10% overnight travel required

Training programs are held in the field and at Nalco Water Headquarters in Naperville, IL; travel is arranged and paid for by Nalco Water. Based on your skill level and experience, topics covered may include technology, product, service, business and industry acumen, direct coaching and mentoring, sales management and leadership, classroom training and certifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Technical sales or field sales support experience
* Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
* Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
* Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
* Working knowledge of OR operations, wet end chemistry, pulp mill operations>

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The total Compensation range for this position is $79,000-$118,400 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Researches and understands territory dynamics, focusing on prospecting and growth opportunities to develop and effective business plan and sales strategy, understanding the competitive landscape, and evaluating competitors' products o effectively position IDT solutions for a successful sale

Drive demand for and adoption of new assays and instrumentation to deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; improve profit margin on equipment, reagent and service contract sales.

The essential requirements of the job include:

The Territory Sales Executive for the Oklahoma market is responsible for driving highly sophisticated, multi-departmental, hospital sales from the introduction of new diagnostic concepts through closure and implementation for a portfolio of molecular diagnostic tests. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. through the introduction of new diagnostic concepts through closure and implementation of GeneXpert Systems and a portfolio of 20+ diagnostic tests, including Xpert Xpress SARS-CoV-2/Flu/RSV.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Proven sales success, specifically in selling premium-priced products.
+ Experience engaging multiple call points within the hospital, to include both laboratory and outside-of-the laboratory.

The Mass Spectrometry Territory Sales Manager will be part of the SCIEX Commercial Organization; covering New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and parts of Massachusetts. The Role will report into the District Sales Manager within a highly dynamic team of Territory Managers, while also partnering with colleagues and the Advanced Workflow Specialist.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly sales. Will be the subject matter authority in understanding analytical workflows (LC/MS/MS, chromatography) and provide Mass Spectrometry sales expertise regarding market, applications, and competition.
+ Use sales tools and CRM to manage funnel and achieve business results. Has basic knowledge of sales principles and methods of showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
+ Understand our product portfolio and the ability to explain technical products and service information. Has the ability to communicate our value proposition to customers, based on a given customer's needs and interests.
+ Work in a team selling environment to navigate complex sales situations across multiple functions (Applications Support, Field Service, Product Demonstration, Product Management, Market Development Managers).
+ Use standard account planning tools to guide own work and solve routine sales problems. Continuously grows prospects and funnel.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) In Life Sciences or similar subject area.
+ Current experience in direct scientific capital equipment sales is highly desired, individuals with inside sales, field sales, laboratory or other environment will be considered if highly qualified in the field of LCMS. 3 years sales experience preferred.
+ Must live within assigned territory with ability to travel within territory and work remotely from home office
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel - up to 50% travel within territory, with occasional overnight travel depending upon location.
