You will be responsible for: * Train, educate, and support combined CT/Heart Failure programs on the proper use of the Impella. * Full customer immersion (ie. input on patient selection and subsequent surgical support) within 5.5 sites to ensure optimal patient outcomes. * Device expertise and support on Impella to assist with the adoption of the full portfolio beyond 5.5 commercial launch responsibilities. * Surgical implant and unit support readiness including training and education at existing sites. * Internal collaboration with the Surgical Leadership Team, Training Team, Engineering Team, Marketing, Professional Education, Clinical, as well as with R&D. * Participate in On Call support rotation * Maintain contact with all customers to evaluate clinical and educational needs. * Performs device training on full Impella Device line-up. * Be a functional expert and provide advanced acumen on the durable, acute, and hemodynamic medical device landscape and best practices in the management of those devices. * Cultivates close relationships with strategic business partners and key opinion leaders. * Call point(s): Cardiac Surgeons, Heart Failure Cardiologists, OR teams, Intensivists, Perfusionists, and ICU/ Step Down Unit teams. The Area Therapy Advancement Manager (ATAM) is a member of the US Commercial Marketing leadership team and reports directly to the National Therapy Advancement Director. * Drive Strategic Alignment and Business Planning: Identify priority accounts and align objectives with the Area Vice President and National Therapy Advancement Manager to execute plans that enable patient treatment. Serve as a member of the sales area leadership team to influence strategy and decision-making.

Promote and maximize the use of resources developed by Commercial Marketing, Professional Education, Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA), and Strategic Customer Group (SCG).
* Advance Awareness and Market Presence: Increase overall awareness of atrial fibrillation (AFib) and related treatment options among all stakeholders, including hospital administrators, physicians, and referral networks. Connect physicians with commercial and strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen customer relationships. Plan and execute national-level marketing projects and campaigns that contribute to organizational goals and expand market presence.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with field sales teams to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment on strategic priorities. Maintain routine communication with RTAMs, sales leadership, and Johnson & Johnson MedTech EP leadership to drive execution and consistency.

The Senior Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist (ULS CAS) is accountable to provide technical and clinical product support to health care providers including Electrophysiology (EP) physicians, Interventional Cardiologists (IC) and laboratory staff for electrophysiology diagnostic and therapeutic catheters and systems - with an emphasis on the AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters - to enable practitioners to perform advanced cardiac ablation and interventional procedures respectively.
The CAS is responsible to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with physicians & EP laboratory staff in order to identify and foster interest in new products or product indications to grow and develop the company's product and technology utilization. The ULS CAS directly partners with a Regional Business Director, Territory Managers, EP CAS, Field Service Engineers and Field Management to ensure alignment and coordination of activities to meet business objectives.
As the Senior Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist, you will:
* Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to EP/IC physicians and staff on the effective use of AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters in EP and IC procedures.
* Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO System and appropriate software modules including CARTOSOUND , CARTOMERGE and the Stockert RF generator) during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
* Educate customers on all electrophysiology products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service training. Shares best practices to increase value for customers.
* Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account.
* Create awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitates Territory Sales Manager (TM) contact with the key decision makers to drive incremental business.
* Maximize customer case support capability through proper planning and scheduling techniques.
* Drive collaboration and maintains consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with internal partners including regional teams/Pods (i.e. TMs, EP CAS and other ULS CAS), as well as support personnel (i.e. Marketing, FSE, RBD).
* Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication with external partners.
* Develop and share best practices with US Field Sales and Service colleagues and internal partners and develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships within and beyond the EP/IC lab, including, but not limited to physicians, nurses and technicians, clinical and hospital administrators and staff.
* Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
* Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high stress environment and maintain composure and problem-solving focus during stressful interactions.
* Engage in diagnostic dialogue with multiple internal and external business partners and stakeholders, and formulate solutions based on dialogue and input gained during session.
* Provide mentoring for new electrophysiology commercial team members as requested.
* Perform other duties assigned as needed.
Required Qualifications:
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical echocardiography lab
* Must have and maintain certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography.
* Must have and maintain advanced clinical ultrasound and echocardiography knowledge of technology, advancements and the business landscape.
* Maintain clinical knowledge of healthcare industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends.
* A valid driver's license issued in the United States
* Will be required to maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardio imaging, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and the business landscape.

* The ability to travel related to this role is required. Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally, sometimes on short notice.

* May be required to lift up to 60 lbs.

We are searching for the best talent for Advanced Surgical Consultant.
**Purpose:** Heart Recovery, a rapidly growing medical device company, is looking for a driven and results oriented Surgical Sales "Heart Team" Specialist. We are growing both our focus and device line-up in order to support Cardiac Surgeons and Heart Failure Cardiologists across the US. With our continued success, we are looking to expand our commercial team. You will work closely with our Surgical Account Managers and Commercial Sales and clinical team who will be responsible for driving growth across the US. Through our Impella product portfolio, you will enable physicians and staff to recover hearts and save patients' lives.
**You will be responsible for:**
+ Train, educate, and support combined CT/Heart Failure programs on the proper use of the Impella.
+ Full customer immersion (ie. input on patient selection and subsequent surgical support) within 5.5 sites to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
+ Device expertise and support on Impella to assist with the adoption of the full portfolio beyond 5.5 commercial launch responsibilities.
+ Surgical implant and unit support readiness including training and education at existing sites.
+ Internal collaboration with the Surgical Leadership Team, Training Team, Engineering Team, Marketing, Professional Education, Clinical, as well as with R&D.
+ Participate in On Call support rotation
+ Maintain contact with all customers to evaluate clinical and educational needs.
+ Performs device training on full Impella Device line-up.
+ Be a functional expert and provide advanced acumen on the durable, acute, and hemodynamic medical device landscape and best practices in the management of those devices.
+ Cultivates close relationships with strategic business partners and key opinion leaders.
+ Call point(s): Cardiac Surgeons, Heart Failure Cardiologists, OR teams, Intensivists, Perfusionists, and ICU/ Step Down Unit teams.
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
+ Bachelors' Degree required; Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Surgical Physician's Assistant (PA), or Perfusionist licensure
+ Direct (at the table) experience in Cardiac Surgery/Perfusion, 5+ years preferred.
+ Direct patient management experience in one of the following scenarios: a cardiothoracic ICU caring for post-op tMCS (excluding IABP) or durable MCS (does not include experience as an Abiomed field clinical), or direct experience assisting in the CVOR required.
+ Confidence, expertise, and familiarity of cardiac surgery and OR protocol is required.
+ On call availability within franchise required.
+ Willingness to travel/cover multiple geographies preferred.
+ Up to 50%-overnight travel may be required depending on territory.
+ Previous experience with Abiomed Impella 5.5 required; other Cardiac medical devices highly desired.
+ Ability to drive patient outcomes required.
+ Conduct duties and responsibilities in accordance with all state and federal laws and regulations governing the medical device industry required.
+ A valid driver's license issued in the United States is required.
The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.

The Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Care Coordinator is responsible for establishing a set of person-centered goal-oriented, culturally relevant, and logical steps to ensure that a person receiving LTSS receives services in a supportive, effective, efficient, timely and cost-effective manner. Care coordination includes case management, disease management, discharge planning, transition planning, and addressing social determinants of health and integration into the community.
This position is a Field-Based position with a Home-Based office. Expected travelling 2-3 days per week within 30-60-mile radius.

* Communicate with all stakeholders the required health - related information to ensure quality coordinated care and services are provided expeditiously to all persons
* Advocate for persons and families as needed to ensure the persons needs and choices are fully represented and supported by the health care team
* Conduct home visits in coordination with person and the care team, which may include a community service coordinator
* Conduct in-person visits which may include nursing homes, assisted living, hospital or home
* Serve as a resource for community care coordinator, if applicable

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

* Background in managing populations with complex medical or behavioral needs
