Requirements Qualifications/Knowledge/Critical Skills • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) with endorsements for operating End Dump Trailers • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Class A Driver, with a focus on end dump trailer operations (REQUIRED) • Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety protocols • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently • Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines • Familiarity with DOT regulations and logbook requirements • High school diploma or equivalent Physical Demands/Environmental Factors • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to operate the vehicle; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. • Work may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Compensation The End Dump Driver position offers a competitive salary range of $57,200.00 to $88,400.00 per year, based on experience.
