Fossil has ambitious goals for digital growth, and this role is charged with leading profitable growth across 4 key domains: Fossil.com, Skagen.com, Michele.com and Watchstation.com in the US and Canada.

The head of eCommerce for North America is responsible for driving the eCommerce P&L, focused on delivering digital revenue through a mix of compelling seasonal stories, brand promotional strategy, site merchandising, and overall site experience. The ideal candidate is a passionate problem solver with a strong understanding of both commercial and digital KPIs. He / She makes fact-based recommendations to influence and impact site enhancements, traffic, marketing, pricing, taxonomy, assortment, inventory investment and other drivers. It is a role with broad organizational exposure and a compelling mix of strategy, execution, and team leadership (across 4 brand sites and 7 eCommerce merchants.
Primary responsibilities include:

* Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve category / brand performance of promotions and profitability
* Lead digital merchandising team charged with category merchandising and site optimization (landing pages, onsite search, navigation, etc.)
* Create and manage regional eCommerce sales plan across all US and Canadian DTC websites
* Evaluate financial metrics and core ecommerce KPIs to optimize the customer experience online and fuel business growth across all brands and product categories
* Construct a seasonal promotional calendar that maximizes both growth and profitability, gains sign-off and buy in across key stakeholders for implementation
* Collaborate cross functionally with brand teams, creative, marketing, planning and allocation, product and web development teams; serving as a SME and influential leader educating partners on digital opportunities and challenges
* Partner with UI/UX, Product Management and Digital Strategy teams on AB testing, roadmap development, and opportunity identification
* Serve as the key commercial leader with digital marketing team on sales forecasts, traffic generation, personalization efforts, promotion of events and products to maximize site performance

UMG is looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to join our eCommerce group, sitting in a cross-functional team dedicated to supporting UMG's eCommerce initiatives. The eCommerce Coordinator will work closely with a dedicated eCommerce lead and their teammates to help organize and coordinate the operations and logistics needed to successfully execute new direct-to-consumer programs revolving around artist activity and key events. They will support the eCommerce lead in coordinating with various internal and external departments to ensure that all necessary operational components are aligned for the launch and maintenance of eCommerce programs including store campaigns, CRM and fan acquisition campaigns, VIP ticketing programs, and more. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle the coordination of information for many different cross-functional teams.

How you'll CREATE:

* Compile and track necessary logistical information for new product/program launches (SKUs, product titles, product descriptions, etc.).
* Organize, project manage, and liaise with multiple cross-functional team members including Marketing, Creative, Production, and Store Management to ensure deadlines to meet launch dates.
* Manage "staging links" and comments/amendments to ensure timely program launches.
* Manage marketing assets for approval/amendment.
* Perform regular QA checks on active web stores to ensure proper shop functionality, marketing copy, and merchandising.
* Report on sales and marketing data to all relevant parties (label, manager etc) around high profile program activity.
* Monitor social activity to identify potential fulfillment issues and/or poor user experience.
* Submit comp requests.
* Assist in creation of eCommerce pitches and product / marketing presentations that are to be delivered to brand managers and artist managers.
* Liaise with international territories for creation of localized stores and programs.
* General admin including meeting scheduling, expense reports, occasional travel booking.

THE ROLE

The Ecommerce Coordinator is an organized and proactive individual responsible for helping the ecommerce trading team deliver an unmatched customer experience on behalf of some of the world's leading brands. This is a multi-function position, with a primary focus on daily ecommerce account operations including product creation and updating, site merchandising, reporting, and implementation of internal and external requests related to the performance of partner websites. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS for the Ecommerce Coordinator:

+ Coordinate key ecommerce website launch activities and continuous updating of content

+ Implement changes and improvements that impact the customer journey and conversion rate throughout partner websites in collaboration with design, development, buying, and marketing

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders on planning, tracking and executing marketing campaigns. This can include contributing to campaign ideation in coordination with internal program teams and will include writing ad copy, briefing designers on desired campaign assets, and performing email and website content updates.

+ Coordinate development of accurate and clear photography and copy details for each product to maximize conversion

+ Implement changes to products/categories/campaigns that maximize revenue across the partner websites
