CrossFit is looking to hire an Enterprise Systems & eCommerce Manager. You'll make data-driven decisions to help manage/execute our digital product roadmap for eCommerce and Enterprise systems. You'll prioritize and work cross-functionally with other departments to and determine the most important work to tackle first. RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Own end-to-end eCommerce experience including our shopping cart, ordering, payment-system and integrated enterprise applications

● Own projects initiatives end-to-end
● Manage and prioritize features, business requests, and bugs while communicating timelines across teams and stakeholders

● Hold meetings with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience to discuss goals, needs, balancing internal business requests, and strong customer service
● Own platform vendor relationships and help negotiate favorable terms
● Analyze test and site data to identify pain points for customers and provide new solutions and growth opportunities
● Directly manage a team of business analysts

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
● 6+ years with eCommerce, ERP and CRM integration experience
● 3+ years directly managing a team
● Fluency in eCommerce Technology (ideally Shopify and Stripe)
● Experience with Salesforce CRM configuration, implementation and stakeholder management
● Experience managing Finance systems operations
● Experience integrating enterprise systems and payment platforms

As the Manager - Price & Trade Strategy, you will own the pricing and promotional strategy for Keurig's growing e-Commerce business, Keurig.com. This role will be responsible for working directly with our e-Commerce team to develop programs and pricing strategies aimed at driving growth and profitability. You will develop a deep understanding of the broader competitive landscape and work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Data Science and other functions to develop optimal pricing and promotional programs.
What you will do:

+ Position Keurig.com for continuous growth across coffee, appliances and accessories and drive new member growth via auto delivery.

+ Partner with Product/Brand teams to develop appropriate price positioning within category value tiers for each brand/trademark. Ensure price positioning is properly aligned with brand identity and relative to competitive set within the marketplace.

+ Manage the Trade Review Board process for all key decisions pertaining to pricing approvals and promotional spend across e-commerce outlets

+ Analyze both in-market data as well as research data to understand the impact of various price points and promotional tactics to our business and provide recommendations to senior management to improve results.

+ Understand the financial profile of our product portfolio including key drivers of profitability, and partner with the product team to optimize potential changes to the product portfolio

Requirements

As key member of the US team, the main responsibility of the E-Commerce manager is to develop and grow Strides Consumer business online. This will include Amazon, retailer.com as well as creating and managing D2C sites. This person should be willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires strong decision-making skills, initiative, flexibility, and adaptability. Must prioritize and implement new online business initiatives such as new platform development, new assortment recommendation and creation, E-Commerce budget allocation and management.
