The Electro-mechanical Assembler performs electronic and mechanical assembly, software installation, and testing for Econolite's traffic controller products. The successful candidate must have some experience with assembling electrical components or comfortable with electrical parts - someone who likes breaking things and then repairing them.
DUTIES
Follow documented work instructions to perform electronic and mechanical assembly for traffic controllers.
Perform bench tests and environmental tests for traffic controllers and report any test failures or issues encountered.
Install controller software.
Attach correct labels to the products and various subassemblies.
Perform packaging for traffic controllers as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic and mechanical product assembly and testing preferred.
Technical training and certification preferred.
Dexterity with hand tools, hand soldering equipment, and other typical electronic assembly tools.
Proficiency in following documented work instructions and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate well with peers and supervisors.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand, walk, squat, and bend at the waist for extended periods of time
Ability to handle small components and use hand tools effectively for extended periods of time.
Performing repetitive tasks such as screwing, soldering, or wiring.

The base pay range for this full-time non-exempt position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

DUTIES
Inspect incoming material to be used in production. Ensure product meets drawings, manufacturer's specifications, cosmetic criteria.
Segregating received material, and visually inspecting them.
Identify broken/missing components after comparing them to Engineering drawings.
Pack, unpack, count, and confirm integrity of incoming materials (Hardware/PCBs), including shipping and receiving.
Creating spreadsheets for various types of PCBs including given description and serial numbers.
Learn how to use D365, for internal system transactions.
Modify ISO Documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical knowledge or certification, preference in electronics.
Periodic calibration and ESD testing of production tools
Has the motivation to learn more about different types of boards for physical inspection.
Has the eye for hardware visual inspection, as in missing screws or apparent paint/dimensional failure.
Ability to handle metal parts and PCBs considering ESD safety.
Previous Quality related role in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Computer knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Excel and Word minimum)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Ability to exert moderate physical effort, which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderate weight (up to 35 pound)

The Field Service Representative provides technical support to local and regional sales offices in all technical aspects of Econolite Control Products in Southern California. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5-year of work experience in electronics or comparable work experience; four-year degree preferable
IMSA Traffic Signal Field Technician certification (IMSA Level 2) within 3 months of hire
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret electronic schematics, engineering drawings, user manuals, and technical documents, and troubleshooting guides
The successful candidate is a fast learner who retains knowledge, applies training and must have previous technical experience in the traffic industry

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for sales order entry, order management, and providing exceptional customer service. Under general direction, Econolite Systems, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time IMSA & NEC certified Electrician for various Traffic Signal Maintenance projects in Ventura County through Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside). The Electrician will be expected to work on Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) related projects. Specific types of work include conducting Preventative Maintenance checks and repairs on Traffic Signals, Flashing Beacons, Solar Radar Feedback signs, Street Lighting and other electrical components as required by the customer.
DUTIES
* Willingness and capability to work on traffic signals street lights and other Intelligent Transportation Equipment, using a bucket truck
* Inspect, install and maintain electrical components
* Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices such as traffic signal circuits, cabinets, transformers, circuit breakers, services, streetlight luminaires, CCTV, communications equipment,
* Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
* Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code
* Performs other duties as required and assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
* Current/Active NEC Certification (Required).
* Experience in Fiber Optic splicing, termination, and installation. Knowledge of utilizing fiber optic splicing equipment and splicing methodologies.
* Must have a clean driving record.
* IMSA certifications preferred
* Ability to exert moderate physical effort, typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderate weight (up to 50 pounds)
* C10 Electrical contractors license helpful, but not required.
