About EnterAbout Us: ENTER is a profitable, fast-growing AI healthcare fintech company on a mission to revolutionize Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). In the U.S., healthcare makes up nearly 20% of GDP, and providers spend 5-10% of their revenue just trying to collect money from insurance companies and patients. It's an outdated, painful, administrative mess.
We're here to change that.
Our mission is bold: automate 1% of GDP by eliminating the manual, inefficient workflows that plague financial operations in healthcare. We're building modern systems to replace the legacy software and armies of billing staff that have been the norm for decades.
At ENTER, we believe better financial infrastructure means better healthcare. By using cutting-edge AI and automation, we empower healthcare providers to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care, not chasing payments.
We're a fully remote, US-based team of engineers, designers, and healthcare experts. We're curious, mission-driven, and product-obsessed. If you're excited about building transformative technology in one of the biggest and most broken industries, we'd love to meet you.
Role SummaryWe're looking for an experienced RCM Consultant to lead revenue optimization for our provider clients. This is not a billing job-it's a strategic, analytical, and client-facing role. You'll uncover root causes, create strategic remediations, and work with our product and AI teams to deliver long-term automation.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the trusted advisor for clients on all RCM-related matters.Lead audits and diagnose billing inefficiencies, payment delays, and denial issues.Use data tools and client insights to deliver operational improvements.Communicate clearly and credibly with clients, executives, and technical teams.
