the system itself is very good and priced fairly. Pay is fine, but the office in Dallas is in poor, cluttered shape.
lots of cons. The leads are terrible. You will be driving all over north Texas meeting with retired/widows and single homeowners who think you are only there to test their refrigerator filter to see if its working properly. They have absolutely no idea you are there to seel them a $7,000 whole house filter system. Misleading appointment setters setting reps up for failure.
1099 was a good thing to me. At least I thought so when I started. You will lose money running numerous leads everyday that are unqualified
Leadership was the franchise owner who was at some point a good sales rep. He has absolutely no clue how to train
step up the lead generation qualifications. Chasing old widows around Lowe's/Home Depot and having them agree to have their refrigerator filter tested IS NOT a lead! It's low hanging fruit to make the lead generator appear to be doing their job. It is not a legitimate lead.
Just show up
compensation is a bit low. other companies are offering at least $1,000 per sale AND qualified leads. This company offers $700 tops per sale, if you sell an entire whole house system
don't care about diversity. Time we all move on from that nonsense
actually being able to meet with homeowners that have an interest. Not running around meeting with old widows who think we are coming out to test the refrigerator filter
