Finance Executive with a broad background in the Technology and Services industries. I have held senior roles in both venture-backed companies as well as multi-billion dollar entities. Most recently, my focus has been in the Financial Planning and Analysis area, with an emphasis on improving forecast accuracy, operational improvements and post-acquisition integrations.

Built and led high performance finance teams ranging from 3 people to 25 people. My mantra, \'if it's both recurring and manual, it's not acceptable\', has driven learning and efficiency through organizations. I value open and honest communication, attitude, and results.

Core competencies include leadership, change management, automation, problem solving, month end close, audit coordination, and cash management. I have successfully managed several system implementations, and understand the value of cross-functional relationships. I view my role as partner to the functions/business lines, helping to solve business problems. I am a 'hands on' leader who relies on both facts and experience to inform decision making.

Dheerendra Kommala, MD, is Chief Medical Officer at ECRI, responsible for ECRI’s Medical Office. He joined ECRI in 2019 as Chief Strategy Officer responsible for setting the organization’s strategic direction. Dr. Kommala brings more than 20 years of experience as an academic clinician, researcher, and chief medical officer. He successfully introduced new products and services to markets throughout the world by working collaboratively with major health systems, industry leaders, clinicians, and patients.

Scott Fraser joined ECRI in 2017 as chief information officer. He is responsible for software development, information security, infrastructure, and digital content. In 1986, Fraser began his career as a systems analyst developing software for and maintaining the computer systems of Associates for Middle East Research, Inc. (AMER). Through the 90s, his IT career spanned software development, networking, and infrastructure in multiple industries and platforms including work for the U.S. Department of Defense, non-profit social service agencies, telecom, payroll, and collegiate computing departments. In 1997, Fraser and two partners founded Portico Systems. As chief technology officer (CTO), he was the technical visionary and lead architect of Portico's platform, which is in production today at many of the nation's largest health plans. With his co-founders and team, he grew the Philadelphia regional company to more than 180 employees before transitioning the company to McKesson Corporation in 2011. Fraser was a vice president in software development at McKesson for six years.

Andrea Vandeven is a Chief Marketing Officer at ECRI and is based in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. She has worked as Director, Marketing - Innovation and New Product Development at CAMPBELL SOUP CO; Director - Product Marketing at CAMPBELL SOUP CO; and Director Marketing & Corporate Planning at Network & Software Integration Services Company. Andrea attended Rutgers University and Questrom School of Business, Boston University.

Ronni Solomon are an Executive Vice President and Chief Policy and External Affairs Officer at ECRI and Executive Vice President and General Counsel at ECRI and are based in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.
