ECS is looking for a Vice President - Capture Management in our Fairfax, VA office.

We are looking for a Vice President level Capture Manager who has demonstrated achievement in the capture of new work. This position will be aligned to top corporate capture opportunities and will be expected to lead cross functional teams in the development and execution of comprehensive capture plans. This includes customer engagement approach, solution development, teaming, pricing strategy and supporting the identification of key personnel. This role requires effective communication for both internal and external selling. Key will be differentiated history that demonstrates success in the capture of high value and strategic opportunities.

Required Skills:

* Bachelor's degree
* Ability to lead teams, drive strategy to capture new programs, strong business acumen with focus on pricing and solution development.
* Strong communication skills and deep understanding of the public sector market
