ECS tuning was the best decision ive ever made, many promotions within the company, good benefits, profit sharing, employee discount, great communication from company to employees, no dress code for most positions (any non customer facing position), good environment with good people

fast growing company means things still need to be perfected, other than that ive loved it

"town hall meetings" where every employee in the company gets to attend a meeting 4 times a year led by all the leadership where they update the employees on how the company is doing, updates on how everything going on and highlights new employees, promotions, employee life accomplishments, etc. they give you a ton of food and its a paid hour lunch essentially

Ive noticed theres not much communication between different departments but then again most of the time its not necessary as everything works together rather seamlessly

Be yourself, have some car knowledge depending on the position you want, management is easy to talk to and communicative so my interview went very smooth and i got a call a couple days after with the job offer.

pays more than most jobs in my area, i am paid fairly for my position and work load

ive noticed pretty decent diversity however I do think it could be improved

clocking in and having no clue what my days gonna be like, never gets old always new things to do and learn, people to talk to, great place to network as well
