Position: Centralized Admissions Coordinator (Remote)
As a Centralized Admissions Coordinator at Eden East, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient admission process for our communities. You will be responsible for a range of tasks that contribute to the success of our organization and the satisfaction of our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
Referral Review: Thoroughly and promptly review all incoming referrals, ensuring accuracy and completeness in clinical and financial documentation.
Background Checks: Conduct and review criminal background checks on potential residents, adhering to all applicable regulations and policies.
Financial Analysis: Verify and evaluate financial information, including primary insurances and Medicaid eligibility, to determine the financial viability of admissions.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with lead information and manage leads effectively.
Prior Authorizations: Initiate and oversee the prior authorization process when necessary, working closely with healthcare providers and payers.
Document Management: Upload all admission-related documents into the designated system and ensure timely notification to the accepting facility.
Provide direction to liaison/s for on-site or additional information needed
Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management to support the smooth functioning of the admissions process.
Requirements:
Should have experience in skilled nursing in Pennsylvania, preferably in admissions.
Should be residing in Pennsylvania
A high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
3 years experiences in skilled nursing admissions is required
Proficiency in utilizing computer systems (Point Click Care) and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and insurance processes is advantageous.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Records Coordinator to join our Care Support team. The Medical Records Coordinator will be focused on records processing, including but not limited to sending out patient authorization forms, retrieving medical files, and facilitating form completion from members and providers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Quality and Safety on the Medical Affairs team, the Manager - Clinical Quality Innovation will be responsible for leading the team responsible for investigating care quality and care service escalations as well offering outstanding guidance and consultation as part of our performance improvement efforts for providers. This full time [hybrid] role is part of the Health Plan Operations team and plays a critical role in supporting financial accuracy, audit readiness, and operational scalability.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Payer Operations, the Payer Operations Specialist will manage and support payer partners to ensure smooth operational performance. This full time, remote role is part of the Payer Operations team and plays a critical role in enabling clean claims, optimizing payer workflows, and driving scalable improvements across revenue operations.
What You'll Be Doing
Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical, operational, and financial data to assess payer performance and trends.
