Maintains confidentiality of resident information.
Monitor call light system for extended call lights times and notify DOW of concerns to follow up on.
Performs medication cart audits, at a minimum, of monthly at the direction of the DOW.
Develops and maintains staff schedules.
Attends all required training, in-service and staff meetings.
Follows company uniform and grooming standards.
Maintains a safe working environment.
Adheres to all policies and procedures of Eden Senior Care.
On - call requirement every other week and weekend
