Monitor traffic and ensure vehicles come to a complete stop before allowing pedestrians to cross. Communicate clearly with children, parents, and drivers using hand signals or verbal instructions. Report any suspicious activity or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures established by the Clinton City Police Department. Maintain punctuality and reliability when scheduled. Wear provided safety equipment. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, etc.). Reliable transportation to and from assigned crossing locations. Ability to remain alert and focused while standing for extended periods. A background check will be conducted prior to employment. Working Conditions Outdoors in varying weather conditions.
