Job Summary Employee in this position is responsible for monitoring flow process in the Wet and /or Dry Plant, document temperatures, moisture levels, and making modifications as needed to meet production specifications. Uses on-board computer and automated equipment. Requires knowledge of hands-on operations, including truck load-out, logs for particulate monitors, pressure drop readings and dust control. Key Accountabilities * Has knowledge of all equipment and all job descriptions of employees in the Wet and/or Dry Plants. * Inspects process area and equipment prior to beginning of shift and document as required. * Knowledgeable with decant belt and gate operation, conveyors, surge bins, dryers, screens, bucket elevators, dust collectors and other dry process equipment. * Operates equipment based upon established procedures: crusher, screens, conveyor belts, pumps, hydrosizer, filter belts, dryers, conveyors, elevators, and dryers. * Maintaining inventories of feeds for the wet and dry plants. * Collect sand, sieve, size and test for turbidity.
