The head of the educational services (Kimberlin Cooke) consciously broke the rules of FMLA in a situation where she did not know and said she did not want to know the situation of my wife who has Huntingtons Disease. Cooke admitted she had no idea what Huntingtons is or how debilitating it is. She said she didn't care the impact her decisions would have on my wife's life or that it was in breach of the federal rules (that were set to protect against people like her). The company did not back me up. She is still there. I was 'pushed out' ---- illegally.
