This role focuses on welding stair treads and related components, performing straight-line MIG welding with additional fabrication duties including grinding and torch cutting. The ideal candidate will have strong welding skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: • Perform MIG welding on stair treads and other assigned parts. • Complete straight-line welds with consistent quality and accuracy. • Grind, torch cut, and perform other fabrication tasks as needed. • Inspect finished welds and parts to ensure compliance with specifications. • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings. • Follow all safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. • Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding job requirements and issues. • Assist with other fabrication duties as assigned to meet production goals.
