ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Primary expert resource and first point of contact for clients. * For new and renewal business, candidate should be able to analyze relevant client data (e.g. exposures, risk tolerance, loss experience data, contractual obligations) to conduct a successful marketing endeavor. * Provides market comparisons detailing the coverage and rate information and outlines the benefits or faults of each. * Makes recommendations on proposed policy terms; reviews and negotiates endorsement language. * Develop and continue strong relationships with a wide range of business partners, including underwriters, London brokers, wholesale brokers, and other professional service providers. * Coordinate with clients, contractors and vendors to satisfy insurance obligations. * Lead strategic discussions with clients to identify evolving risk profiles and proactively recommend program enhancements. * Collaborate internally across EPIC's team resources to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE * College degree * 10+ years as a Client Executive or similar * Microsoft Office and key applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel) * Experience with structuring/negotiating shared and layered insurance programs. * Experience with OCIP/CCIP wrap-up programs and builders' risk placements is a plus. COMPENSATION: The national average salary for this role is $175,000.00 - $215,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
