Job Summary:
The Nurse Manager is responsible for managing and supervising various departments within the Practice. They have a wide range of knowledge of basic patient wellbeing. Experienced in both nursing and management, the nurse manager is also trained to supervise and guide nurses and nursing programs.
The Nurse Manager Responsibilities are:
Promote and restore patients' health by developing day-to-day management
Direct and develop nursing staff by creating schedules, offering advice, and answering any health-related questions
Collaborates with providers
Enforces adherence to the state board of nursing and state nurse practice requirements.
Maintains nursing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training nurses and auxiliary staff.

What You Will Do

What You Will Do:
Conduct face-to-face or telehealth UAS-NY assessments according to state guidelines, policies, procedures, and protocols.

Lead and mentor internal IT teams and external partners, prioritizing collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and budget management for enterprise IT initiatives.
Serve as an advisor to senior leadership on emerging technologies, infrastructure investments, and digital transformation opportunities.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a strong background in Private Equity, investment management, or similar environments.
Demonstrated expertise in hardware configuration, infrastructure architecture, and systems performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with SSE files or similar tools used for secure data transfer and data integrity validation.
Broad knowledge of enterprise software systems with the ability to make informed recommendations based on business and technical needs.
Proven experience applying AI, automation, or machine learning solutions in a business context.
Experience partnering with portfolio companies and supporting due diligence, integration, and technology roadmap development.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate strategically while being comfortable with technical detail when needed.

What is our Client Service Internship?
Our Client Service Interns rotate through our Brokerage Services teams throughout the summer to broaden their perspective of Holmes Murphy and the insurance industry (where available based on geography).
Our Client Service Team focuses on client retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Assisting in managing existing client relationships
Handling day-to-day service needs
Assisting in ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information
Assisting the sales and services teams with marketing of new and renewal business to include gathering needed information
Assisting the sales and service teams with preparation & creation of materials for presentations
Attending client meetings
Assisting in supporting the sales team by delivering on agreements made during the sales process
Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
Currently enrolled or in pursuit of enrollment at a 4-year institution.
Examples of prior majors' interns have pursued: Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Health Promotion, Risk Management & Insurance, and more.
Prior work experience is a plus, preferably in a customer service or administrative role.
